Besides de smell, all the other stuff was pretty good

The people was very nice, the room is big and very confortable.

The smell in the bathroom was very bad. During the three days of our stay, there was a terrible urine smell in the bathroom, probably coming back up through the pipes.

The hotel was in a quiet but convenient location near the centre of the town. A good buffet breakfast was offered.

The whole experience. The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Bindi.

Late Night Check In was very nice und comfortable! The personal was friendly and we are so thankful for this room, which we booked on the same day as we came there! ☺️

The room was a bit tiny for three people with great luggage. But it wasn‘t dramatic 😉

Picture perfect Pula

The hotel is very central and perfect for someone looking for a unique hotel experience. There is a lift to the family room : this had the most quirky set up with 2 separate rooms, and a little balcony. In summer this would be a wonderful spot. Parking was around corner and only a short walk.

The family room won't suit if you're over 6ft as its in an attic space. Also the lighting in the bathroom perhaps could be updated to offer more visibility.

Not as advertised or expected

OK location.

Hotel lists bar and restaurant as onsite facilities and shows numerous attractive pictures of these facilities.The truth is the bar/s are closed as is the restaurant and have been for some time.Only on checking and asking about bar and restaurant opening times did we find out they were not operational.We booked this hotel on basis that they had a bar and restaurant and were not offered any compensation or apology for the fact they were closed.Facilities also list a 24 hour reception which again we found to be untrue.We had to phone a contact number on hotel front door at 2305 on our first evening to have the phone put down on us 3/4 times by a disgruntled gentleman who did eventually turn up to provide a key for the locked gate.There were also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which you would expect nowadays.There are plenty of alternative accommodations in Pula without the facilities mentioned for less money than we paid.

Adequate centrally located hotel.

The location of the hotel is really good - near the fortress. The room had a comfortable double bed, a decent working air conditioning unit and was clean. The hotel WIFI worked well. I was on the second floor and there was a working lift.

I didn't like the bathroom. It was small and the toilet was too close to the shower. The drain in the shower was slightly blocked, so you ended up standing in a pool of water after taking a shower. The room was clean, but the decoration and furniture was old fashioned and could have used a refurbishment.

Close to all Pula activities

Despite the near surrounding being not the most appealing the location was really great. Only 100 m and the walking street started. Quite spacious room and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and offered suggestoins like where to eat: great restaurant.

Internet was on the slow side. It took an eternity to upload 35 photos.

Great apartment in heart of Pula

Lovely staff. Super friendly and helpful. Lovely apartment which was spacious. Small shower but had everything I needed. Let down when I ordered a taxi to Pula airport which I got charged 43 euros for, apparently because it is a Sunday. A great trip to Pula which ended in feeling ripped off.

Loved the hotel and staff. No complaints about this place at all.

OK hotel in Pula

I had a room with a double bed. The room was quite tiny but OK for one person. Breakfast wasn't included in the price so I never tried it. The air condition worked very well.

The bathroom was tiny, with a supersmall bath but no shower curtain. Mold in the celing in the bathroom. TV was small and hard to watch beause of how it was placed. Expensive hotel compared to for instance Split, Rijeka, Zagreb etc. The staff seemed a little bit annoyed.

Fantastic location!

The room was comfy and practical. The location is amazing, right in the city center. Breakfast is very complete and tasty.

The rooms are not super modern. There are some sketchy kebabs next to the hotel, as a woman I wouldn't feel safe alone at night outside.

It was decent

The staff were nice enough rooms were very nice clean and air conditioned. I enjoyed my stay very much, the beds were very comfy as well

The doors on the wardrobes were a little bit off set. The hotel accidentally let another passenger take my luggage so for a few hours there was a lot of anxiety and no offer of compensation was offered but I got my stuff back alls well that ends well but be careful leaving your luggage there before checking in. Not really enough choice on the breakfast for me but what I did have was nice

Good location

A lot of the photos make it seem like the restaurant is part of the hotel, it’s independently run & was not open. The hotel is basic & very expensive given the facilities. Breakfast is just ok.

Perfect for my needs

I only stayed 1 night - less than 8 h really - and I got all what I need - hotel was 15 min walk to my boat , staff were helpful and very friendly , they even made me an early coffee ( before breakfast time ) and helped me with all my luggage on my departure at 6 am If I ever need a short stay in Pula again - I will be back Thank you 🌸

Location was nice. The size of the room was ok and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

The drain is very noticeable - it stinks. When you shower, the water doesn't go away, instead other people's hair and debris come out. The same thing happens with the bidet, we noticed it when kids finished washing their hand - it was full water mixed with everything. I regret not taking the pictures of that. The slats on the right bed kept slipping. We had to fix it two times, so he can go back to sleep. Disappointing.

- Breakfast wasn’t great. Cold pre-made toasted sandwiches. No toaster. Only hot option was eggs. - You had to hold the shower above your head. - Room decor not very appealing, bit old fashioned but not classic.

Dark, wires in the spine due to outdated mattresses on beds, very different from pics on the net !, broken bath tub, narrow squiky stairs and dirty/broken stairs covering carpets, very bad and dark. Definitely needs to be claimed for a refund.
