Excellent stay, apartments need minor renovation

The location of the apartments is remarkably close to the beach. There is a sandy beach which was quite crowded. There are rocky beaches where you are practically alone on the beach, but we recommend good water shoes as the rocks are quite rough. We liked the big balcony and plenty of space in the apartment.

The apartments could do with a little renovation as they are already very outdated for this price. In our kitchen the counter had some water damaged and in the bathroom, there was water dripping.

We might have chosen a bad option while there must be rooms on a much higher level.

The location and the park as well as the seaside were awesome.

No A.C. The apartment was stinky, covered with spidernets everywhere. There was one poor fan trying to fight against humidity and heat. No luck. The kitchen counter was wrecked, the handle of the bathroom window was rusty.

Really enjoyed it, would recommend it for a quiet getaway. Easy walk to main city or seaside.

Great location, quiet and pretty. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were nice, everything provided.

The free wifi doesn't include your actual room. But you can get it at the communal areas within the resort, so still available.

Great weather and really high number of beaches to select including swimming pull

Air conditioning was not a part of my apartment and I was aware about this but it's a must in a pick summer time.also lack of microwave and some basic kitchen equipment is problematic when you travel half of europe

Location near the beautiful beaches was great.

They forgot to enable AC in the first night ( it was not broken, they just using card system for selling AC as an add-on product, and obviously they just not inserted this card in the first night). I've messaged them twice, but had to go personally to the reception, and soonly after that they sent technician, who inserted card and AC was activated. It would not be a big deal if they recognise that, but they refused to provide any compensation or just say sorry. I guess the stuff at this resort is really cheap paid, what could explain such unfriendliness.

Swimming pool and a lot of space in the apartment, the stuff was really helpful and polite

Food close the swimming pool, personnel of the swimming pool area did not act about behavior of other guests who disturbed to the other.. they were smoking inside the pool, poor out the beer to the water and screaming a lot.. we and other families had to leave the swimming pool because we didn’t feel safe.. the resort is not prepared for families with the strollers..

The air conditioning blew cold.

No maid service. Buy your own toilet paper. No fresh towels offered. Hot water tank very small, barely enough for one person. No microwave. Take out your own trash. Shower head was from an RV. Room very small. Couch was a fouton. Long distance from parking, restaurant, pool, and reception. Store closed early. Restaurant had subpar food. Minimal parking places. Very dirty grounds. Lots of stray cats. Rude staff.

Atmosphere: air, weather, view, kitchen appliances. The location is really nice, Pula is less than 10 minutes with a car, this is more like a tourist area.

5 EUR per day extra charge for AC. No WiFi in the rooms. Twin beds are not wide, the couch is much more comfortable.

A szállást azért választottuk, mert közvetlenül a sziklás partszakaszon volt, rálátással a tengerre :) Már voltunk itt és ritka, hogy mi valahová visszamenjünk, de nem bántuk meg :)

Biztos nem volt fontos, mert nem emlékszem. Parkolás kissé időnként nehézkes. Nem a szállás hibája, de gusztustalanul sok meduza volt azon a héten a tengerben.

Klassz az erkély.

Egyik hajnalban patkány volt a konyhában, a teraszról jöhetett be! Mint láttuk este a strandon is volt jópár! Erdei patkányok a recepciós szerint.

Das einzig positive ist die schöne Lage am Meer und der Swimmingpool.

Ich hatte noch nie so ein schmutziges Apartment. In allen Ecken Schmutz, tote und lebende Insekten. Angefangen von Ameise, Spinnen, bis hin zu Motten und Tausendfüßler. Das Badezimmerfenster lies nicht schließen da es komplett verzogen war. Kaputte WC-Brille, Buchsen, Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand. Alles sehr abgewohnt, teils kaputt, kein W-LAN in den Apartments. Kein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Werde nicht wieder kommen.

La posizione vicina alla città . Una bellissima vista mare dagli appartamenti.

Fatiscente, degrado , sporco fuori e nelle camere, posate al minimo indispensabile, materassi sfondati . La struttura ha davvero del potenziale ma adesso è pessima

Nyugodt, közvetlenül a part mellett

Kutyabarátoknak kifejezetten ajánlanám, sok árnyékos, zöld terület a szálláson és a környéken. Kutyabarát strandok. Saját parkoló, tágas apartman, közel a part.

Alig volt térerő a szálláson és wi-fi csak a recepción és az étteremben volt. Kicsit távol volt a belvárostól és többnyire sziklás a part.

Viel Angebot aber leider kein guter Zustand Die Minigolfanlage müsste komplett erneuert werden… Im Zimmer was das Bad total verdreckt, Im Klo waren Spuren Im Schrank und Schubladen Brösel, Kühlschrank war nicht geputzt Rest der Küche war aber in Ordnung

Rodzina zadowolona i to najważniejsze.

Piękne miejsce, dużo plaż. Pyszne jedzenie na terenie ośrodka - z całego serca polecam restaurację BAMBO, przy sklepie. Przemiły właściciel i obsługa. Ceny nie wywindowane w górę. Sklep obok dość dobrze wyposażony, można było samemu zrobić sobie śniadania. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenu- zbyt słona woda, tym bardziej, że do plaży mieliśmy bardzo blisko. Fajne miejsce wypadowe.Reczniki i pościel zmieniane co 3 dni. Trochę się obawiałam czytając wcześniejsze komentarze, ale było dobrze. Polecam zabrać jakąś gąbkę na kanapę bo plecy strasznie bolą. Dzieciom daliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami i ich były wygodne.

Z pewnością lata świetności obiekt ma za sobą, bo inwestor nic zbytnio nie robi. Brak WiFi w pokojach to w XXI wieku nie do pomyślenia. W restauracji owszem, ale to są części dzierżawione przez innych usługodawców.
