Odlican smestaj u srcu Pule

Smestaj je u samom centru, u starom gradu. Lokacija u srcu Pule. Apartman nam je bio do ulice, čuo se žagor ljudi do kasno u noć ( mozda nekome bi to smetalo) koji je nama bas prijao. Dao je osecaj da smo u centru zbivanja. Pogled na ulicu je prelep. Smestaj ima app i sa druge strane tako da postoje opcije i za mirniji smestaj. Sve pohvalu za higijenu smestaja. Opet bih se vratila na isto mesto

Sve je bilo u redu. Vlasnik je bio tu za 5min ako nam je nesto zatrebalo dodatno.

Great location right in the middle of everything

The location is excellent, in the middle of the old town with shops, restaurants and bars close by. Although the area is pedestrians only, it was only a short walk to the nearest but stops and taxi drop off. The area is very busy with tourists and felt safe at night. The noise from the street could have been annoying late at night but with the window closed and the air-conditioning on it was no problem. We had a two person studio on the second floor with no lift. It was small, clean and well equipped. Our host was friendly and helpful and when we had a problem with drainage in the shower came quickly to fix it. We would stay here again, due to the location and the good value for money.

Bathroom, more hooks are needed for wet towels and a better drain for the shower. Main room - a shelf or low table to place a suitcase for unpacking. A pair of scissors would heave been useful.

Posizione centrale, tranquillità, disponibilità del host per ceck-in a tarda ora.

Vista su cortile interno orribile, puzza proveniente dal ristorante sotto che impediva di aprire le finestre, palazzo molto vecchio con giroscale molto brutto, porta d'ingresso di plastica che non dava alcuna sicurezza, cucina con dotazioni molto essenziali, camera strettissima. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We had a great time!

The accommodation is in an excellent location in the historic center of the city. Everything at your feet. It was renovated, comfortable and clean. The owners were friendly.

The only negative was the location of a mini fridge inside the wardrobe, which probably needed maintenance, because it leaked water and stained our clothes that were lying on the floor.

Ok, aber zu teuer für kein Fenster und lauter Musik im Haus

Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral. Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Unterm Strich war es OK. Aber mich hat sehr gestört, dass es zwar ein Fenster im Zimmer gab, dieses aber komplett mit weißer Folie abgeklebt und der Griff zum Öffnen entfernt worden war. Quasi hatte das Zimmer also kein Fenster. Auch war bis Mitternacht laut Musik im Haus zu hören. Auch gab es keine Bettdecke, nur ein Laken, was mur zu kalt war in der ersten Nacht. Und dafür fand ich es dann doch zu teuer...

Amazing place to stay in.

Comfortable beds. Very clean. Location was excellent very walkable. Had pots and pans and cutlery and other things to cook with. Had a kettle. Not too noisy at night. Had working adjustable aircon. Staff were lovely.

No salt in the cupboard to cook with.

Очень уютная и чистая комната в центре города. Рядом множество ресторанов, магазинов, булочная и два продуктовых магазина. В номере есть холодильник, кондиционер, чайник, кофе и чай что очень удобно! Хозяева пошли нам навстречу и разрешили заселиться в 10 часов утра. Из аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе, билет стоит 6 евро. На такси Болт или Убер цена от 12 евро.

Улица шумная, если вы любите тишину то лучше поискать другой вариант. Хотелось бы что бы был дополнительный комплект полотенец.

La posizione è proprio al limite del centro storico da cui si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse a piedi; i mezzi pubblici sono vicini e comodi per raggiungere le zone più esterne della città.

Il frigorifero è di quelli piccoli, ma avrei anche potuto intuirlo dalle foto, comunque funzionante; forse qualche stoviglia in più non avrebbe guastato.

Sehr schön im Stadtzentrum, zweckmäßiger Raum mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Bad, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Besitzer gut erreichbar, gute Lage auch zur Universität, Klimaanlage

Raum fast ohne Licht, Badezimmer sehr feucht, Internet nur teilweise funktionsfähig, extrem hellhörig. (Schritte aus der Wohnung über mir die halbe Nacht hörbar)

A lovely, enjoyable stay in clean, comfortable accommodation

The owner and his son were lovely people. The room is in the middle of Pula, near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Within walking distance to Pula’s various attractions. Accommodation was very good, air con/heating, TV,good free WiFi, refrigerator, kettle, free tea and coffee, shower with toiletries. I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

The bathroom can be a little cold if the weather is a little cold.

Super Lage und Preis-Leistung top (zumindest in der Nebensaison)

Lage ist super, mitten im Zentrum, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle Giardi Centar liegt nur 5min entfernt, von dort kann man Busse z.B. zum Strand in Verudela nehmen (15min Fahrt). Das Zimmer war einfach aber durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tassen, Besteck, Teller und Schüsseln, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und wir haben noch einen tollen Tipp für ein Restaurant bekommen, das hauptsächlich von Einheimischen besucht wurde (Jupiter). Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Für Geräuschempfindliche könnte es schwierig sein, dass der Kühlschrank im Zimmer zwischendurch anspringt. Ansonsten haben wir absolut nichts auszusetzen.

The place was exceptionally clean and everything was great, except:

There were no windows! There was a "window", but it is not a real window. It doesn't open, and doesn't lead outside but to some other room. This also made the place difficult to ventilate and originally there was a bad smell. It either went away later or I got used to it.

Great apartament with perfect location.

We had a wonderful time in Pula and our stay in Top Center Rooms was perfect. It's clean and bright apartament where you will find everything you need. Location is wonderfull - it's the heart of the city, beetween old buildings, pubs and resturants. Don't think twice book this place. You will not regret it :)

Staff was super nice and helpful. The parking they offer is close by and the best option in city. Room was clean and well equipped.

It's right above a shop that plays music until late evening that could not be optimal if you travel with children. Bathroom has no ventilation and has some mold.

Great location, good contact with host, very friendly :) Good deal for the price.

Beds and pillows not very comfy, somehow we did not sleep well at all. The air in the room is not fresh even if you leave window open. It is smaller than it looks on pictures. Also can be loud at night (street noice)
