A home from home. ALL equipment supplied. Fantastic fresh bread on arrival, great range of choice for breakfast. Quiet location, comfy bed, very spacious. Exceeded our expectations!

A beautifully appointed annex with large rooms. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches.

A wonderful warm holiday home, close to Clumber Park and nature trails.

Loved the home made bread and generous amount of home comforts! The local wild life and views were amazing and the proximity to Clumber Park made it the ideal base for our weekend away.

On suite bathroom, large comfortable loung and great vaulted ceiling kitchen dinner..peaceful location. Host and the freshly baked loaf still warm on arrival.

Well this was difficult. A handle on the wall in the shower would have helped those staying with ballance issues.

Perfect overnight bolthole after a hectic previous day travelling to and attending a wedding nearby.

Very spacious and quiet, very comfortable bed. Range of breakfast groceries provided was excellent and enabled us to enjoy poached eggs on toast fresh from the farm, as well as enjoy the typical continental breakfast ingredients. Livery stables and deep in the countryside on the edge of Clumber Park/Sherwood Forest.

Shower wasn’t powerful but that’s good in the current drought! Everything else fantastic.

What a great place to stay! The location is amazing, set on a farm - it is really relaxing and quiet. The private lounge and kitchen are amazingly sized, as well as excellently decorated, with true country spirit. The breakfast provided certainly surpassed my expectations - with a freshly made loaf of bread, homemade jams, fresh eggs, yoghurts, fresh raspberries and orange juice in the fridge. Really enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to come back again.

The only downside I imagine most will have is the fact that you have a shared staircase, which can feel a little less private than if you had your own completely private space. However, I didn't see the owners once whilst staying and certainly didn't notice the fact I was in an annex attached to a house. Due to the layout of the lounge and kitchen (that you do have completely to yourself separately) downstairs and the bedroom upstairs all being placed to the right of the shared staircase - I felt it was honestly laid out in a way you would rarely have to consider/feel this 'shared' element.

Made for a quiet and comfortable stay

While it was further out than anticipated, the property was worth the trip. Area was rural and quiet, except for the ducks who were beautiful but not too noisy. So comfortable, large private space, homemade bread and jam, fresh eggs, cereals for choosing. Alison was lovely and was so welcoming and willing to help if needed. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

The location was amazing. Literally in Clumber Park. The breakfast eggs, bread, fruit, avocado were very much to our taste. We also used the kitchen to prepare/heat a meal in the evening and everything worked really well. We loved the ducks, hens, dog too.

The mattress is a little firm but that is our opinion and it would be fine for many people, I am sure

Beautiful farmhouse annexe

Exceptionally clean, luxurious standard of furnishings. Warm, cosy and private. Set in a woodland location, which can be tricky to find, but excellent directions from hosts overcome this. Homemade bread, butter and preserves for breakfast plus plenty of cereals, eggs, yogurts etc. Great quality towels, linens, and bathroom products are provided.

Absolute gem! We only stayed over for one night but truly enjoyed it. Place has very home like feel. Breakfast was amazing, all products you would require was available. Kitchen is very well equipped. Whole place is very clean and you can tell the owners are taking great care of it. Great value for money.

Lovely and peaceful once accommodated.

peaceful idyllic location

It took me an hour to find it and it was a miracle that i found it then, only by chance finding a neighbour to tell me where to go. The postcode takes you to the National trust property which is nowhere near, and the farm has no signage at all. In fact the sign says "Livery". Then the owners did not answer the telephone, and the door was locked with a combination, and booking through booking .com there are no instructions and no mention of a combination lock. Be sure that you really know where to go before attempting this one!
