It was just what we needed in a nice area and parking below the rooms. Rob was very friendly and a great host

Good value for money The room was really spacious, and the bed was massive and very comfortable. Rob met us and was very kind and clear about the accommodation. Explaining everything and even give some really good restaurant suggestions.

Spacious room, big comfy bed. Fairly quiet as pub underneath closed. Clean room and kitchen. We were the only guests so the kitchen all to ourselves . A good amount of towels and loo roll available. Tea and coffee provided which was nice.
The host was very friendly and provided a fan as a very hot day. He met us bang on time and gave us a good explanation of the facilities.
The accommodation a bit tired and could do with a spruce up. No bread knife . One of the windows locked shut and it was a hot night.
Couldn’t use the shower as couldn’t get the hot water flowing. Rob explained that we should let the basin tap run for a minute or so but dispite doing that it didn’t work. As we were staying for only 1 night it didn’t really matter.
