Lovely welcome by the host who showed me to my room. Offered assistance with my luggage. Lovely big room. Felt more like a suite. Extremely clean. There were two well equipped kitchen areas where residents could cook or heat food for themselves. Lovely accommodation for good price. Would recommend.

The lawns was an excellent stay. My only issue was that I had not realised I needed to bring my own breakfast - easily remedied and the kitchen facilities were excellent

My overall view was it was a great place to stay local area pub's and eating places, fully fitted kitchen to use whenever needed.
