The size and cleanliness of the room and the wonderful greeting we had upon arrival. Also the swift replies we had to correspondence prior to our visit.
Everything was perfect except the departing guests at 6am..i presume they were tradesmen, off to work.. They made no effort whatsoever to leave the premises quietly.
