Cosy and homely in the best way
The cottage was spotless and beautiful. Just what I wanted for a wholesome family weekend.
Personal preference would be the thickness of the curtains in the front bedrooms could do with black out backing.

Welcoming and very clean. The welcome hamper and sweets were a lovely touch. Lovely cottage and grounds.
Shower and the pub next door was a little rough but that’s no fault of the cottage!

Lovely lovely cosy cottage
Everything! Jug and Glass Cottage is one of the most lovely places I've ever stayed in! So cosy and quirky, spotlessly clean! It had such a lovely feel to it, it felt like a real home from home. We had the most wonderful Christmas there and were all so sad to leave. The owners were friendly and helpful on the phone and make a real effort to make your stay perfect, with little touches like a welcome food and drink basket, Christmas decorations and a bag of little pressies for us all. It just helped it all to feel so special. The village is lovely and welcoming and the pub next door has a really nice atmosphere and serves delicious food. Can't wait to go back again! Xx
The only tiny negative was that the hot water was a bit inconsistent and not enough to fill the lovely large bath. But the shower worked perfectly and was lovely so it wasn't much of a problem.

Exceptional
The whole cottage was brilliant, it had everything you needed for a stay, we were only there for the weekend but wish we had of stayed longer. We were provided with a welcome hamper, also tea, coffee and milk. Also, the pub next door was great, the meals were fantastic.
