I was made to feel at home and the breakfast was excellent.

No kettle in the room and couldn't have my morning coffee until breakfast at 9:30

Flo was lovely! We arrived later on in the evening and used the guesthouse just for a base for the night. The mattress wasn't the comfiest but there was an abundance of bedding and spare pillows to suit. Shared bathrooms on multiple floors and staff on hand if I needed anything. In the morning we were offered cereal and toast, alongside juices and tea. Flo kept the conversation flowing and alongside a male (apologies, cannot remember his name), made the breakfast great company. Would recommend this to anyone and am likely to rebook another visit next time in need. Many thanks!

It was very close to the place where I was working.

The place was dirty and a totally different place with the pictures on their website. Will you please kindly compare my pictures with those on the website? Their website is showing a very tidy place. The opposite is true. It also shows a functional shower. The shower cubicle is dilapidated (as shown in the picture below). I had to use a hand-held shower whilst standing in the bathtub. Water wasn't draining properly. Dirty water would collect to above ankle level. My room was very untidy with items all over the room. When I booked the place, I was attracted by what I saw on the website. I feel I was cheated into booking at the guest house by their misleading pictures. If I had known how dirty the place was, I was not going to book at this place. I also took a video of the room. I'm happy to share it with Booking.com

Nothing .. I left did not even stay and the women has refused to give me my money back.. when I had to book to sleep somewhere else that night.. You can not even lock the doors on your way out! Unless use a coin which anybody can use to reopen it. Was jam packed everywhere full of clutter

Absolutely shocking. I was running a bath had all my things in there an some guy who lives there ran in there when I had quickly grabbed a clip for my hair in my room which was 2 seconds away.. he would not let me in for my things or anything.. pretty sure he used my bath water and my dressing gown because it was all messed up when I went in to finally grab my things. Never in my life have I been to somewhere so disgusting.. And then not got my money back . When there was no way I was staying there .. there was short hairs on the bed .. Yes you csn lock doors inside but not on your way out !! The kitchen was full of clutter every side was a mess

Convenient location for A1. Easy free street parking. Homely and comfortable with a very welcoming host. Catering exceeded expectations.

The property was good. Very comfortable bed. Had a great sleep. Very kind lady prepared a packed lunch for me instead of the continental breakfast which was included because I was leaving early. It’s not the decor it’s not the location it’s the people you meet and how they make your day better. 5*

The host was really nice managed to park not too far away in a side road. It was possible to park outside but the road looked a little busy for my liking to park there. Reliable wi fi signal, comfy bed and really nice breakfast. Good location for going to Doncaster Dome the next day too

On approaching the property you notice quite a number of delivery creates. On entering the premises you were greeted by clutter and a small table with the guest book. I was asked to wait in the dining room, where there were a lot of drink bottles a six-seater dining table two large display cabinets full off glasses, and crockery in front of the window there were books of what I don't know what. One wall had its wallpaper peeling off and stained as if there had been a leak from upstairs. The kitchen did not appear to have a clear work surface. I was shown upstairs to the room in the attic and at this point, I noticed that there was no lock on the door and was only lockable from the inside with a bathroom/toilet door lock. Therefore I was uncomfortable and felt that I could not leave anything in the room whilst I was out. I had. had a long day at work and decided that I would only spend one night in this accommodation and would find another place to stay for the second night. I would recommend that Booking.com send someone to take a look at this property. If you look at the middle photo and zoom in you will see the creates. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Its location is next door to a builder's yard. I wonder if Booking.com view the properties before allowing them on their website. I am disappointed with booking.com ahs the property does not resemble the photos on the website and feel that I should be refunded the cost. This is the first time I have had a problem with any of my many bookins.

Florence is terrific amazing host, she treated me like part of her family. My visit to Doncaster was for a clubbing night in town that ended up very late. On my return she waited for me and even prepared a hot cup of tea together with toaster bread and butter. What else! When I woke up she cooked a t raditional English breakfast. Courtesy, welcome and hospitality is all that Florence has to give!

I arrived to a very warm welcoming by the owner, made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. the room was nicely prepared and I had a great nights sleep. owner made me a pack to go breakfast bundle due to an early checkout which I thought was very thoughtful!
