The staff were amazing and looked after my daughter that had allergies. They made sure she could have something to eat.
The beds were comfortable.
We didnt realise it was actually a pub not a hotel! They had a singer on until 10.30 which was exceptionally loud and we didnt get told until we got there.
The shower kept going hot and cold depending if someone else was using water elsewhere, only 1 light in the room worked, to use the mirror we had to move the TV and the heating kept rattling all night so kept us awake.

Friendly reception and staff generally.
Bedroom carpet was very grubby. General appearance in condition of room and communal areas requiring a lot of TLC.
No bedside table lamp. No armchair. All pretty basic. No breakfast facility.
