Clean, comfy room with efficient hosts despite noise issues

The room was very clean, the shower was warm and pressure was good. The facilities and shared spaced were also clean and I enjoyed the amenities! The bed is comfortable too.

On the first few nights there I could hear other guests being really noisy (talking loudly, stomping up and down the stairs etc.) during the stated quiet hours. As the walls appear to be quite thin it did keep me up. There was also a guest smoking right outside my room which drifted inside so that also made me a bit uncomfortable. All that said though, the hosts very quickly sorted the issues out and were incredibly sympathetic so I have to give them a credit where credit’s due!

Comfort and communication

Excellent communication, some of the best I've ever encountered when booking rentals. The entire property was immaculately clean and the bed is really comfortable, we both had a great night's sleep.

There was a bit of noise from other guests which started around 2230 but it was reduced to a mumble once they were in their room.

Spacious and comfortable with a central location, perfect for our needs!

Great location, shared kitchen was good (no washing machine as stated in ad) and well stocked! It was really good access with keyless entry and the room was spacious and comfortable!

Parking was first come first serve and sometimes had to park further away! A small bathroom with fluctuating pressure & temperature!

Very memorable and in a quiet environment.

The cleanliness of the room, kitchen and the surrounding area was excellent. The kitchen has everything you need in a house: tea, coffee, sugar, and milk, to mention a few.
