Complete waist of money wouldn't stay there again for a penny a night

Fire hazard carpets need. Nailing down on the stairs noisy having too wait till nearly 8 pm in the rain with a ruined take away pillows crap bed lumpy who stat was a bloody nightmare and don't start with the cockerill chirping at down

It’s a bit grubby, most walls could do with a simple bit of painting and unfortunately people have been smoking and the whole place has a stale smoke smell.

Won't ever stay again

The bed was broken couldn't sleep in it. The bedroom was filthy. The shared kitchen was filthy. The shared bathroom was filthy. All other guest where on drugs and was quick to be at the bedroom door letting us know they stayed regularly. Owners where not bothered when we reported the mess and broken bed just said they will get the cleaners to look in the morning

Did not sent entry code or room number When trying to enter property someone stuck their head out of window and refused us entrance which is fair enough. Left on street in Doncaster at night after owner confirmed we could check in late (by looks of place i wouldn't recommend) Then 1hr later they said we did not turn up for our booking. Tried to contact owner with no avail Absolutely disgusting!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Pathetic and dirty carpets, stinking toilet no wardrobe in the room however in the photos there are wardrobes and the television was only there as a decoration piece in the room

Lights on stairs don’t work, doors look like they’ve been kicked in. Walls are manky. Communication is very slow. Street is very dirty. Toilets and bathroom shared. Wouldn’t stay again

I’d never go there again. I rather sleep on the streets.

The bathroom was acceptable. It even had shampoo and body wash and toothpaste and mouth wash and enough toilet paper.

The bed was broken so we had to take the mattress off the bed and sleep with the mattress on the floor as we could not possibly get comfy on the bed. The draw was hanging off the drawers. The carpet was dirty. The drawers and bed side table has cigarette burns all over it. The tap in the bathroom had brown water coming out of it. The kitchen was a state. Someone’s work stuff in all the cupboards. Plastic forks, spoons and knifes..

I don’t know where to begin, the home made bong made out of a sunflower oil bottle on the top of the wardrobe, the 2 squatters sat outside my bedroom door performing ‘acts’ on eachother loudly at 4:55am (I have many videos of the noises through my bedroom door), the blinds I had to wedge up with my wallet, or the 1,000+ needles in the back garden? I get its £35 a night but I’ve never seen anything like it, rang 3 times for a refund, no answer and no call back

Convenient Accomodation

Highly convenient for location, a lot of amenities on the street, very short walk to the City Centre. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Lack of plug sockets, only two plug sockets in the room . Noisy Street until 1am Amenities such as takeaway places close around 11pm. The wardrobe bottom draw was broken when we arrived. Black mark on the wall was also on the wall. The TV was a bit buggy and kept restarting everytime we tried to change the channel.

It’s full of drug users got a glass smashed against the wall from others and had someone trying to get in are room at 12 at night not safe or should be even rented out bed was broke mattress was sunken in and no fire alarms in bed rooms and constant people coming and going every hour felt like been used for prostitution, it stunk of weed to joke of a place my other half was scared to even go toilet on her own!!! Biggest scam and health and safety problems shouldnt be rented out on here at all really disappointing and waste of money!!

there wasn't much wrong with the place, but a few things was that the shower head could go on the stand and in the kitchen there was a lot of pots and pans, but was missing oven gloves so unfortunately had to use cloths

Someone had to pay for the privilege of letting them know their boiler was broken

It's a great location, but absolutely would not go back.

The boiler was broken, I was in the attic room, and I barely slept I was so cold. I messaged the landlord that evening to ask about how to turn on the heating, but he informed me it was probably broken and then stopped replying to my messages. Too late to move to somewhere else, it was one of the most uncomfortable nights sleeps I have ever had, and been offered no discount for the freezing temperatures I had to ensure. Won't be coming back most definitely. Paid good money for a cold.

The street was very loud the doors was hard to access with no staff available to facilitate any possible problems that may arise the bedding had marks on it the WiFi was available but was unable to connect due to poor signal no washer facilitated to clean your clothes

The sheets and towels were clean. The room was clean. For £80 is it worth it?

Unfortunately - having come from an apartment with a freezer a lot of our food went waste - no freezer in this accomodation. They need to remove the shower gels and deal with the issue they are hiding We discovered that you could simply push open our room door. You need to secure the lock. So it does not push open. TV quite small and reception is bad. A bigger TV could fit into that space The couple next door to us couldn't get into their room and there was no number available to help them. Luckily we were able to assist. If not they would have spent the night sleeping on the stairs

Central doncaster apartment

Very convenient for the town centre and clean, basic room. Good value for money and simple secure access.

As we were visiting the racecourse, we couldn't park anywhere near the apartment as the markets car park was limited to 4 hours maximum. We had to park at the train station and walk across with our luggage after the races had ended. The mattress wasn't the best either.

location personally for me was excellent for the train station and for shopping. the bed I found was very comfortable, room and building throughout were of a very high standard of cleanliness would recommend this place for staying.

I found it a bit hard getting in each time with the codes but that might just be me.

These people are criminals. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. I was unable to go to Yorkshire for personal reasons. I have just been charged £100-00 for making a hole in the wall. I was 250 miles away in Somerset. This is fraudulent behaviour on their part. I am taking it further.

Afew issues but for the price I can't complain

Close to everything in a prime location. Big rooms, very cheap for the area. Overall I'd stay there again for the price and take a fan with me . Value for money its fantastic. First time going to doncaster and its a fab place very friendly definitely would visit again

Wasn't well advertised that it was shared bathroom. Very hot in the nights on top floor could do with a fan. Front door was a pain kept jamming our last night another resident had to let us in as there was a bit of plastic jammed in the door so the code wouldnt let us in. Be great if thy had fans in room tho as it was boiling
