You had everything you needed apart from a kettle to why I gave 4 stars but I didn't need a kettle as only staying one night but if was longer I would have asked, the staff were amazing and kind, would highly recommend here and will stay again x

Spend your money elsewhere I would hate for anyone to book this and be in the position we were.

Nothing it was like stepping back in time, had I have paid £20 for a room maybe that would have been acceptable but at £63 I wish I’d have booked the premier inn/travel lodge.

It was so dated, the beds were barely hanging on with toppers etc but still could feel the springs through them, the carpets were like stone, bathroom was limited. All I can say is we felt like we were in a 1970’s horror film.

Good budget hotel.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Comfortable bed and most important the bathroom had a bath. Also easy to get to by public transport.

Wasn't the hotels fault. I ended up with lads in the room next to mine who were very noisy. They also woke me up at 05:30 by laughing and shouting to each other.

Always look forward to seeing the staff as they are welcoming, nice clean rooms and comfortable.

The staff are exceptional and always make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them and it’s always clean and welcoming. Good location for me when visiting or for work so am always happy to stay here.

Having to pay extra for parking now and not reflected in the booking price - think it will put a lot of people off staying as it’s an extra charge for businesses to pay for fo their workers and other travellers as well and has to be paid before you book in. ☹️

Very poor will not be returning. Premier inn 100x better and cost same amount.

Staff were very welcoming.

Room smelt of cigarette smoke. The shower pressure was awful. The shower height adjuster was broken. Only 2 plug sockets in whole room no where near the bed. Only 3 pillows total, bed on casters so kept moving all night. Parking £5 on top of the stay I believe is not good value for money.

The fan in the bathroom would not go off all night very noisy. And somebody smoking weed, which was awful smelt my room out. It was not a very pleasant stay. Will not be staying again.

Very convenient for access. These rooms are very basic but great if you just want somewhere to crash at the end of a day. At that price they are good value - clean, warm and quite comfortable.

Still no shower mats - at least this time I knew to go and ask for one. Really need some user info in the rooms - wi fi, meals, shower mats

You get what you pay for

The grounds of the hotel are very inviting. It's a small place so it doesn't feel busy for parking. The rooms are on the medium size with clean bedding, a wardrobe and large desk area with a good TV. Staff were very friendly. For a stop off on a long drive it is good value.

A lot of dust on the bed head surface, the bathroom tiles, particularly in the bath area were very yellow due to soap residue and the carpet needs a deep vacuum. The hairdryer made a noise like a chainsaw and I was very scared to use it

Stayed on our way to airport at east midlands- GOT A £100 parking fine 14 days later on our return that had to be paid within 14 days. We were away for 2 weeks. We registered our car at the hotel and back off our holiday and no one answering phone at hotel. Absolutely fuming 😡 Breakfast rubbish all you could hear is microwave pinging to cook everything

NEVER AGAIN

Clean bedding and towels Location not bad as we went to Doncaster races

Not much coffee/tea/milk facilities in room (luckily I took some o our own) Room was cold (No extra pillows or blankets) Noisy neighbours in next Room till 200am in morning even though there was only us and them staying in the whole hotel so plenty rooms Our Room was on low level so didn't feel safe as area was abit remote ( Looked abit like Norman Bates hotel out of film "Physio " Got back from races to the hotel around 1800pm The reception was closed so had to ring a number as we didn't have our room keys A young chap came out with our keys and explained bar was closed due to health and safety reasons so we had nothing to drink or eat for the rest of the evening only a cup of coffee (Absolutely disgusting as the lady on reception stated we could use the bar until 2230pm)
