Room was a very good size. Bathroom was great. Clean! Very nice breakfast buffet.
There was no air conditioning. Just a fan. For the weather we had, that was fine. But might be a little hot on warm days.

Room with a beautiful view. Well appointed bathroom and good sized bedroom with well positioned plugs and mirrors. Plenty of storage space.
Windows didn't fit well. Fine as warm and sunny but would be very draughty other times of the year. Kettle needs replacing. Room next door smokers and smell in corridor and unable to sit on our little balcony. Would be far better to have allocated smoking areas away from rooms.

Loved my room, with a small balcony / patio overlooking the water meadow and river basin. Very comfortable and clean. Location adjacent to the town centre was excellent and parking very easy and secure.
Reception was a bit random - not unwelcoming, but no chat or real friendliness when I checked in or check out. That said, I didn't eat in the hotel and it was a one night stay for an early work start. So it was fine.
