Very warm welcome. Large, clean and comfortable room with a great view over the river and Hemingford Meadow.

Very central. Next to the river and all facilities. Good breakfast.
It was extreme hot weather and no ac. I have been before and had friends over for lunch. No food available apart from breakfast these days.

Location was great and the bar attached was lovely siting by the river.
The toilets in the building where breakfast was available were dirty! The breakfast was very poor serving the cheapest of everything and because of this we didn’t even bother going down for it the next morning and choose to eat elsewhere. We had no running water on the second day of our stay so were not able to take a shower or flush the toilet. Management didn’t bother to inform guests and we had to report it to reception ourselves!
