    Had a great stay. My friend’s room was too warm when we arrived, the staff were very accommodating and found her a cooler more comfortable room. Staff were friendly, the venue was clean, well organised, with lovely decor. Would certainly go back. Perfectly placed, right in the heart of St. Ives.

    Lovely hotel, room a little warm (but stay was in extreme hot weather). A few minor issues, but in general a nice hotel and would stay again.

    Unbelievable poor waitress had to apologise that there was no milk for breakfast and as a Dunday shops shut till 10 pointed out had seen a shop open just down the road. The poor girl then had to go and get the milk as well as serving?clearing away. Then delay in getting breakfast as cook had to prep. Good staff but something very wrong somewhere. Rooms clean but very hot had fans.
