    Unbelievable poor waitress had to apologise that there was no milk for breakfast and as a Dunday shops shut till 10 pointed out had seen a shop open just down the road. The poor girl then had to go and get the milk as well as serving?clearing away. Then delay in getting breakfast as cook had to prep. Good staff but something very wrong somewhere. Rooms clean but very hot had fans.

    Stayed many times and love it being in the heart of St Ives. Highly recommended with plenty of sights to see whilst using the hotel as a base. Food is delicious and the staff very friendly.
