Tides - Poole Town Views, On-site Parking

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was just what we wanted we were on the 9th floor great for looking at what was happening on street level. The weather was perfect. Parking so convenient espeally for us my partner is disable walking any great distance and easy access for our luggage. The staff in Quayside are friendly and helpful a pleasure to meet. And we must say the gentleman who does the cleaning hallways and stairs so pleasant and because we have visited before he remembers and always acknowledges us. Gold Star all round.

Tolle Lage mit zweifacher Meersicht vom Balkon her. Gute Ausstattung (Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine inkl. Reinigungs-/ Waschmittel), bequeme Betten. Schneller Lift. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselabgabe.

Die Oberflächen waren gut sauber aber in den Kästen, auf den Gestellen für Kleiderablage war es teilweise staubig. Im Vorfeld hätte man kompliziert und nicht ausreichend klar beschrieben einchecken müssen mit diversen Selbstverifizierungen. Das habe ich so gut als möglich versucht. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe stellte sich dann heraus, dass es nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Was ich schliesslich begrüsste. Nur wäre ich froh gewesen, das im Vorfeld zu wissen.

Fantastic location in the centre of Poole old town and with on-site parking at no extra charge. The directions for collecting the keys were excellent and we collected them from the ground floor of the apartment.

Great location, the apartment was cosy and clean. Nice touches regarding the coffee, tea and snacks left for us. We also had a bottle of wine in the fridge. The 'Rituals' sample bottles for the shower were a nice surprise. Good for one / two nights Generous with towels provided for each room.

The process to secure the keys was intrusive - asking for copies of a bill/bank statement, an ID (driving license, which has one's signature on) and a facetime call, poses a huge risk for anyone trying to avoid identity theft. Luckily, managed to avoid it and would recommend, you do the same. The bathroom didn't have handwash / soap . The skirting in the kitchen fell off during the night. The floor near the entrance has air gaps, looks wavy and squeaks. We left our charger behind at the staff refused to help us retrieve it. The encounter was unpleasant for both sides as no offer for follow up was agreed. The view is currently obstructed by works - but this was stated at the moment the booking was done, so can't fault anyone for it. Overall, pricey for what it offers .
