Beautifully renovated, well equipped and perfect location.
Everything was great but more comfortable sofas would have been nice.

Superbly clean and well provisioned with quality kit. Found the short route into town eventually so convenient. Rear outside area lovely to sit out. Bathroom lovely.
It was a bit warm in the bedrooms. The upstairs windows wouldn't open fully because of the restrictors; appreciate probably anti-theft but made for stuffy rooms. Maybe provide fans in house; told we could ask for them but wouldn't have known as first time staying. It would be good to have some local info or a guest pack in the house. Maybe this is in the guide which requires downloading an app; bit of a hassle to do that.

Excellent in all respects - location, cleanliness, comfort and style. Everything looked brand new. Perfect for the Quay, town centre and Baiter Park. Quay Living who are the property managers do a great job, very responsive.
The TV was not a smart TV so no access to the usual platforms. The sitting room could do with an extra floor lamp for cosier lighting. There was no salt provided.
