Poole is a great base for traveling around the area

Lovely modern apartment

Due to building work( which we had been warned about) we had to keep the curtains closed any time we were in the apartment for privacy

2 nights in Poole

Good location near Old Town and Quay. Liked having a parking space. Good kitchen and bathroom. Excellent communication with host before and during stay.

Didn't have the view we were expecting so Web site photos misleading. Also sun coming through large windows made flat really hot. Could have done with blinds to block some heat. When windows open really noisy from construction and road traffic.

Very happy with the apartment. Excellent location with parking a real bonus.

Location was excellent, literally minutes walk from the Quay, and having a private parking space was a real bonus. Communication from the host was first class giving me all the information required making the check-in effortless.

A new development is currently being built across the road. Work started very early in the morning, from about 7:00am, but this will only be for a limited time. Thanks to the full height glass windows (which is a bonus!) the apartment got incredibly hot as it was very sunny when we visited, necessitating us leaving the curtains drawn during the day, but we were out all day anyway. Perhaps consider reflective film on the windows?

Good short break in a nice appartment.

Nice little apartment , comfortable and clean with good facilities overall.

Obviously the on going building work opposite is a problem, with the harbour view disappearing. Only internet tv seemed to work. Not any instructions on using equipment eg) microwave.

Booking.com photos need to be updated. The sea view is now blocked by a large apartment block.

It is a clean, comfy and well equipped flat. There is lift access, useful when carrying bags! It is near to the harbour and all the nice places there and also within 10-minutes walk of the centre of Poole.

Although the owner was clear that there was construction activity in the area, it was not sufficiently clear that the sea view is now blocked by a large apartment block. The photos of the harbour shown on Booking.com are now (Nov 2024) very misleading and should be updated. There are still nice views back over the old town, but if you want a sea view, go somewhere else.

Plenty of room, well equipped and well situated

The building work opposite. Not the owners fault but reduces the view and overlooked by the workers on the build. Pillows need replacing as they are very lumpy. The apartment was very hot although the heating was not on. Quite a busy road so lots of traffic noise

When you book this place you book through booking.com then a third party and then they speak with owner. Took weeks for

Location good for harbour. Shame about obstructed view but was told when made booking

Apartment was dirty on arrival in kitchen area. Cabinet in bedroom handle missing. Toilet flush broken and placed on side, cleaner should have reported this not just left it. Bedroom door was bodged up with filler and paint, not a penthouse look. Bath got blocked. Refunded £20 from the £400 plus booking !! Def would not stay again.

Apartment was beautiful exactly and pictured. Host went over and above to make sure we had exact directions to the property and parking, was helpful giving with local dining suggestions. Great view, spacious and spotless apartment.

Large stunning apartment, clean, relaxing and an all-round easy stay

Everything ran very smoothly. The apartment was clean, well situated and beautiful for the price. I understand this was due to the new construction works nearby, which I was warned about and didn't mind as I was visiting for work rather than the views.

There were a lot of noise infront of the property due to construction which wasn’t expected, wasn’t made aware of it.

There was a crane overlooking the property too, so it was a little bit offsetting as there are people who can see us through the glass. Stylish and clean.

Very hot due to good weather, slightly uncomfortable in the sitting room. Even though we had prior knowledge of the building site it was quite noisy from 7am!

The views were excellent, overlooking the Poole harbour and the harbour was only a 5 minute walk near pubs and restaurants so accessible location. Excellent facilities were provided and beds were comfortable. Host was amazing with details provided on how to access keys etc and restaurant recommendations
