Location and size
Quite hard to find once in the building.Also only 1 key so hard when there are 4 guest’s wanting to go out separately.

The apartment is very well appointed and we found everything we needed there. We liked the location, which is very central and close to all attractions in Poole. Private parking was very handy.
We had an issue with the boiler during our stay and there we had no hot water in the apartment for 16 hours (until we had to check out), so we couldn’t shower or have a bath after our walk or the following morning. That was a bit disappointing.
The extractor in the kitchen was also broken. The sign said parts were on order, but again it made the experience a little less smooth than it could have been due to smells and smoke in the flat while we were cooking.
