The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is good in so far as it is quiet and not too busy. The views over the trees/jungle is lovely. Has great sunsets.
The lack of staff training on allergens and intolerances was a source of daily stress. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and it is very hard to know what is safe to consume there. The a la carte menu has an allergen key, however it appears that this cannot be trusted. Some items marked as 'gluten-free' on the menu turned out to contain gluten. No allergens are indicated / listed at the breakfast buffet, so that requires questioning of staff, some of whom do not have adequate understanding/training on the subject of allergens.

Not arrange will , we are family our 3 rooms not to gerther . I see this not comfort living in hotel and managment not helpful to solve issue .
