Loved the room, the afternoon tea and breakfast was delicious that was included in our stay. The staff were so lovely! Great price for a 5⭐️ hotel
The pool, it looks gorgeous but it’s absolutely freezing. And I mean freezing, it feels like you’re are doing a cold plunge ice bath. Which is sad because it looks so nice! We genuinely seen no one using it, in the 5 nights we stayed. If there was any way of slightly heating the pool, much more guests would choose to use it as it deserves it!

All the staff are extremely friendly, Villa is huge and clean, complimentary soft drinks are awesome! Restaurant is spacious and food is good, especially the tea time set! Special thanks to Pak Agus being our fantastic driver for the road trip, enjoyed ever chatting with him.
Maybe the kids room can have more toys, but it’s good enough to keep the kids entertained a while. Pool water it’s abit cold despite hot sun, but kids still endured and enjoy it

Designed with sustainability and aesthetics in mind, the Garcia in an incredibly picturesque setting encourages you to slow down and reset. Stayed in the pool access room, enjoyed a plentiful and delicious breakfast daily, spa and yoga service, and access to the free shuttle service, scheduled regularly throughout the day to central Ubud. All staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and attentive, with an awesome sense of humour. Whilst 20 mins drive to Ubud, we enjoyed the opportunity to walk through local streets to eat at warungs and shop in the Lodtunduh area, making our time here more meaningful and connected to place. Highly recommend the Garcia Hotel.

The property design was good, breakfast and hosts at restaurant were good too, the room was clean.
Location of place is far and you take up to 20 minutes to get to ubud center, but they provide a shuttle.
The receptionists were nice and friendly but every time i ask them any questions regarding my stay or the facilitys in the resort. They always stall me and they actually dont know the answer. They should be more trained.
Also they weren’t flexible at all regarding changing my booking dates and checking out earlier.
