Second time we stayed here. Same smiles and exceptional hospitality by their team. I highly recommend for some relaxation. Good room service. Very trustworthy transportation.
The breakfast needs to improve in my opinion. Not a wide variety for healthy eating.

Staff were amazing and the rooms felt so luxurious. I think it was the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Bali.
The lack of maintenance in the gym. I did ask for a repair but nothing was done. It’s unfortunate the pool doesn’t get afternoon sun so it would be nice to be warmer if possible. Huge taxes on in house food. My sister ordered a slice of cheesecake and it came to over 250,000.

Looked nice and luxurious but failed to deliver ..
Room to cluttered.. to much unnecessary furniture & who needs to baths ! lack of maintenance..expensive bar prices..dirty towels in the gym.. gym tvs didn’t work.. AC dripping from ceiling filter soaking the carpet.. wiring on iron cord was extremely dodgy..
