⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Absolutely Perfect Stay!** I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was fantastic from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was good, not so far to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet peaceful and private enough to unwind. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The host was fantastic, friendly, and responsive, especially Dian, she was very considerate and thoughtful, and she made sure I had everything I needed. Check-in was seamless, and communication was top notch throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional staff and beautiful villa views, but cleanliness and furniture quality need improvement.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They were exceptionally polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Our private villa was peaceful and quiet, offering a fantastic view and a wonderful sense of privacy. Having our own pool was an added luxury that made the experience even more relaxing.

While the setting and service were excellent, the room’s cleanliness and furniture left much to be desired. The additional sofas and chairs were clearly worn out, felt sticky, and seemed unsuitable for Bali’s humid climate, as the materials tend to trap moisture and dirt. Although the bed and towels were clean, other areas of the room and bathroom were not as well-maintained, with visible signs of dirt in corners and on furniture. Additionally, the breakfast was quite poor, with very limited options available.

Great staff but wouldn’t stay again

The staff are great really warm and welcoming. It’s sold as an “elite” hotel but I’m unsure if this is just because of the price of the food and drink. The breakfast was great but the food we ordered was very average. The price of a beer is triple that of most other place and we had to send the cocktails back as they weren’t good(first time I’ve ever done that)

It has clearly had a lot of money spent on the building but the experience there is just a bit weird and not typical of Bali at all. Grab and Gojek Taxis are prohibited from picking you up from the hotel however the hotel can book you one (for quadruple the price)

Unforgettable birthday getaway with stunning views, exceptional hospitality and serene surroundings

The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset — truly unforgettable moments. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. I visited Bali to celebrate my birthday, and the team made it extra special by decorating my bed and surprising me with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The pool area was majestic, particularly the one near the river, where I could relax and connect with nature. My room was beautifully appointed, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, with an additional outdoor bath on the balcony — a lovely touch. Each morning, there was a generous breakfast spread to start the day right. An exceptional experience overall!

It was a huge property in the middle of green and lush surroundings. Gorgeous views. Awesome infinity pools. Gorgeous natural spring pool overlooking beautiful river. No buildings or roads. Very clean and sanctuary. Peaceful atmosphere. Best hotel I’ve ever been too. The scenery was beyond perfection

Beautiful resort, very clean and friendly staff

- Tama and Mila, and the entire team from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant servers, made the stay very enjoyable. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful. - the hotel is beautiful. Lovely infinity pool that overlooks the rice terraces and it’s prettier than the average hotel - 10/10 would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ubud

- location is 20 mins from the main Ubud centre. You have to order a taxi each time you leave the hotel, but this only costs about £1.50-£2 a journey, so it’s not an issue. The local taxi drivers seem to have some sort of agreement with the Uber/Grab/Online taxi providers to stay away from the resort as there is price competition between them.

We had a private pool and after staying in several other hotels in Bali I found it lacking in ambience and definitely in cleanliness. Water was cloudy and tiles needed a good scrub.

Pool, Spa, Room were all great and very comfortable. The view from our room was amazing! The Ubud ambience was felt and instantly created a relaxing effect. The grounds and therapy pool area was so peaceful. Had a great massage experience.

Breakfast was good but not great. Juice was tasteless. Lots of flies in the outdoor section, had to come inside.

2 Nights with Seres

The politeness & friendliness of all staff were remarkable. Plus, they were really helpful to assist us with booking of cab & etc! Of course, not forgetting the amazing room with pool access (gorgeous view!!!). Honestly, given a choice, I wouldn't want to leave. I'll definitely be back. Keep it up, Seres!

Beautiful location overlooking rice fields. Lovely infinity pool with great views as well as a spring. Very easy check in, room was amazing. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Massage received at Seres Spa was very good.
