Hard to find something I didn’t like but I guess the walk to reception was a little long & the elevator was a little unreliable

Super modern and fancy. Really aligns to the zen vibe of Ubud while providing all of the desired comforts. The staff were super helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. The restaurant in the hotel is an absolute hit and legitimately one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, both the food and the vibe.

The staff was amazing. they all knew my name and always greeted me. the room was nice. the A/C was amazing which is important to me on vacation. the room service was top notch. the hotel is super modern which is neat for bali and ubud which mostly have traditional style garden hotels. the ramu restaurant was excellent. the soursop baramundi soup was amazing and so was the tempura. the breakfast was excellent. really yummy with great choices and lots of fresh fruit. overall room service, hotel staff, and the food were 5 stars.

the hotel is a bit noisy. they have these super modern room doors which are neat, but they seem to allow hallway noise to enter so if people are talking outside the room, no good and bothersome. also they are building an entire new wing of 40 rooms so during the daytime you can hear the jackhamers. its not horrible becuase its only daytime, but unfortunatly my son got bali belli and we were in the room for 2 days so the construction was annoying. the room for twin beds is tight but for a couple it would be fine. and the staff was very nice about noise and gracious, however what can they do about the construction noise, nothing really but its wasnt that bad. the location is mid. its a 20-30 min grab ride in traffic and 10 min without traffic. but staying in downtown ubud can be annoying because there is a lot of noise in the downtown area. so you can't win them all i guess.

Breakfast was amazing. The onsite bar and restaurant were fantastic and the highlights of the property. Also loved the pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was also very comfortable.

The rooms were dated and really needs a renovation. The shower was mouldy. The door to the rooms were also not sealed so you can hear everything that happens outside and mosquitos and fruit flies were constantly flying in because of the gap. the door really needs to be sealed! We were also told that construction at the hotel would commence at 9am each day; on multiple occasions they started at 8am which is not on. On the first day that this happened, I messaged the reception and the construction ceased however it happened again the day after and so on.
