We had a lovely stay at Purana Suite. All of the staff are lovely, so welcoming and helpful. The hotel and facilities are very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. It's a little way out of town, but that was not a problem for us, as there are lots of excellent restaurants within a 10-minute walk. We booked the hotel car for pickup in Padang Bai and drop-off in Kuta, and it was excellent. New and clean car with very friendly drivers, and the air conditioning worked well. I would happily stay here again.
It would have been nice to have a hotel bar, but there are plenty of options nearby

Big room and private balcony overlooking pool
Smelled quite mouldy and shower had a wooden floor which felt dirty
