Huge rooms, beautiful gardens, serenity.
A fridge would have been good, but wasn't a big deal.

Great place to have inner city Ubud Sanctuary. Rooms are sop spacious they feel like a whole apartment. We have stayed here many times. Highly recommend. Moneklys are always in close proximity - this is fun and keeps things interesting if you are up for it. Breakfast are incredible and coffee & Tea Time was always an added pleasure to mid afternoon chills by the private pool.
One thing is the price is little high.
I would say it's worth it in many aspects , but in some I would say it could be better priced.
For example - like the size of the space & breakfasts is positive, but being on guard for the monkeys
all day is not for everyone and the mess they make too can be overwhelming.

The welcome. The traditional warm touches like a turn down. Tea and breakfast. Always great staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with a large outdoor bathroom. Bed was comfortable.The gardens were stunning and well maintained. Breakfast was served on our balcony, with a variety of choices and is a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Had a couple of visits from the monkeys. Alam Shanti is outside of central Ubud and the hotel provides a free driver for drop off and pick up.
More of a suggestion, a water cooler in the room would be an added bonus
