Place offered peace, a great pool, food, and helpful staff. Taxis are needed for outside amenities.

Our stay here offered a peaceful environment and a wonderful pool for relaxing. We appreciated the tasty breakfast and quality coffee. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the easily accessible water refills were a standout feature. Just a heads-up: the territory is vast and has many steps.

Since there's nothing within walking distance of the hotel, expect to take taxis for necessities like convenience stores or to find reasonably priced massage and spa services.

The facilities are stunning. The most friendly staff. Amazing food and variety. Helpful drivers. Complete luxury and relaxation. Great variety of activities. Staff were amazing with the kids. You will 100% love this hotel and your children will enjoy every minute of it. Close to Bali Zoo, Ubud, Bali Safari.

Nice place to stay!

The staff is very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay in the villa very much. There are many offers that we have taken advantage of. The Floating Breakfast is very good and we can also highly recommend the Spa. We booked the Balinese Massage, the Hot Stone Massage and the Couples Package. It was very relaxing and the massages on both days were top notch, you could relax and unwind. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes and there is something for everyone. We did not get a "Bali Belli" from the food. The complex is also very beautiful and you can visit the temple and the waterfall.

The furniture in the villa could be replaced with newer furniture, but that wasn't a big problem. We would have liked a little more cleanliness in the restroom.

A great place to stay but could be a paradise with some investment and maintenance

Gorgeous scenery, set against a tropical garden with a river, waterfall and rice fields. Spacious rooms with private over water balcony. Peaceful and quiet location. Unique traditional architecture. Clean and relaxing pool area. They make an excellent cappuccino!

Unfortunately the hotel should not market themselves as being a spa as this is non-existent and these facilities have been abandoned a while ago and this part of the hotel has fallen into disrepair (it's a real pity as I can imagine it would have been amazing in its heyday). The hotel in general is also a bit run down and needs maintenance. The mosquito nets over the bed need to be washed, ours had old blood stains from mosquitos that had been quashed in the curtain. We had the family room which lacked sufficient light. Food options at dinner were limited but the 1 meal we had was nice (we ate in Ubud the other night). Breakfast options are limited for westerners but satisfactory.

Inmejorable estancia

Nuestra estancia ha sido sencillamente espectacular. Teníamos media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena fueron exquisitos, con una presentación y una calidad propias de un hotel y restaurante de alta gama. Cada comida era una experiencia, cuidada al detalle. El alojamiento no eran habitaciones, sino villas, algo que marca una gran diferencia. Estaban impecablemente limpias, muy bien mantenidas y en perfectas condiciones, a pesar de que el hotel no es nuevo, lo cual habla muy bien del cuidado y la gestión del lugar. Los jardines son preciosos, siempre perfectamente cuidados, y muy cerca del hotel hay una cascada espectacular que hace el entorno aún más especial y relajante. Pero si hay algo que realmente destaca es la atención del personal: simplemente inmejorable. Siempre atentos a cualquier detalle, pendientes de si te falta algo, con una sonrisa constante y una simpatía extraordinaria, que te hacen sentir cuidado y bienvenido desde el primer momento.

Prachtige locatie

Het vriendelijke personeel. Het uitzicht van de kamer die we kregen toegewezen viel ontzettend tegen. En dat is jammer omdat we veel tijd op het terras zouden doorbrengen. Gelukkig kregen we dankzij het vriendelijke personeel de dag erna een andere kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht. Ik had twijfels over de open badkamer, maar dat was echt een pluspunt. De slaapkamer is wat compact, maar het ruime terras en de badkamer maken dat wel goed. We hadden ook een hele fijne chauffeur via dit hotel.

Extraatjes, zoals een massage, zijn erg duur. Er zouden ook allerlei (prijzige) activiteiten zijn als yoga en een spiritueel ritueel, maar ik heb het niemand zien doen. De gratis activiteiten stellen weinig voor. Onze gratis massage bleek een stoelmassage van 5 minuten. Het avondeten in het restaurant viel soms tegen, maar het ontbijt was prima. Ik zou alleen elke dag vers fruitsap aanbieden. Verder ligt het niet echt in de buurt van Ubud. Je zit echt in een afgelegen gebied, zonder andere restaurants in de directe omgeving. De shuttle service is slechts 1x gratis en die zet je af bij een supermarkt aan de rand van Ubud, maar dat doen veel hotels in de omgeving.

Bijzondere accommodatie met mooie kamer, goed verzorgd en uitmuntend personeel

Wat een bijzonder complex, het lijkt wel of je in je eigen tempel slaapt! Ruime mooie kamer met een douche én bad waarbij de temperatuur en waterdruk goed is. Fijn dat er een goede klamboe aanwezig was; je zit aan water en tussen de planten en trekt veel muggen aan. Bed lag super goed! Eten was ruime keus en allemaal even goed, ook voor mij als vegetariër. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel; we hebben nog een taxi contact via het hotel gebruikt en beviel ons heel goed! (I made suartika). Er was avond entertainment (muziek) en morgens was er iemand mooi houtsnijwerk aan het maken.

Foto’s vond ik toch deels misleidend op boeking.com gezien bijv. de waterval totaal niet centraal ligt. Zwembad is in het echt kleiner en er liggen te weinig bedjes voor iedereen (wij waren op doorreis dus hier geen gebruik van gemaakt maar viel ons wel op).

Toller, empfehlenswerter Urlaub

Es war wahnsinnig viel Platz. Der Pool war riesengroß! Einfach toll. Das Personal war so freundlich, lustig und zuvorkommend. Das kleine GYM ist für eine mini Session ausreichend bestückt. Der versteckte Wasserfall war ein Juwel für uns :)

Die Handtücher könnten zum Teil erneuert werden.

Mooie locatie

Zeer ruime villa met veel privacy op een prachtige lokatie. Bedden waren goed en voorzien van een klamboe. Groot zwembad en buiten zit gedeelte. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Goed restaurant wat rekening hield met gluten intolerantie.

Afwerking kan her en der wat beter. Kierende deuren dragen bij dat ongedierte zoals muggen makkelijk naar binnen kan komen.

Vi boede her i 4 dage og havde nogle fine udflugter til Ubud og vandfald, templer osv. Der er ikke langt fra lufthavnen.
