The staff are incredible and make the place, we had a good villa away from the resort which was particularly quiet. Ayu, Susi, Jawita and Tu De are particular credits to the resort! Some of the best food on our trip and even though we stayed for three weeks we could have stayed longer.
The treadmill in the gym wasn't working but by no means a major issue
