Appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé en plein centre de Veyrier du Lac: commerce, boulangerie, arrêt de bus, parking à moins de 100m
Quelques entretiens ou réparations mineurs sur différents équipements (rampes d’escalier branlantes, rideaux absents/cassés côté rue, ouverture armoire principale difficile,…) permettraient de rendre le logement encore un peu plus confortable
