The smell of mould spoilt the whole experience leaving the windows open did not help.

Good value for money. A big walkto the old town but pretty good

The area is great. The apartment was great value for money. Annecy is awesome. The walking was a little far . The apartment has everything you need. The shower is small and a little strange. The bed is in the attick and not a full size roof which is accessed by really weird stairs ( left our luggage downstairs

Great location.

The host was quite unfriendly and shouted at me on the phone when I rang him to ask if the apartment has a travel cot (after previously attempting to contact him via booking.com) Wouldn't recommend staying here with children as both sets of stairs are very steep and unsteady.

Très bon logement fonctionnel et très bien équipé.

Très bon logement pour un couple, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé et à proximité de différents commerces utiles pour un séjour : boulangeries, supermarchés, pharmacie, presse/tabac. La vue du logement donne directement sur le lac, ce qui est très agréable. Pas de difficulté pour se garer car plusieurs parkings sont présents aux alentours. En conclusion, un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Je recommande.

L’escalier pour monter dans la chambre, qui est très dangereux, bouge et grince constamment à chaque pas. Pas adapté pour les personnes d’un certain âge (même si ce n’était pas le cas pour nous).

On en a pris plein la vue, des paysages à couper le souffle et un gros coup de cœur en particulier pour le col de Forcla

L’emplacement est top ainsi que la vue !! Magnifique. Aucun équipement manquant, tout y est.

Les escaliers menant à la chambre font un peu peur surtout si on se lève la nuit pour aller au toilette, ne conviendrait pas à des personnes âgés ou à gros gabarit.

La succession de 3 escaliers dont le 3eme raide et à marches alternées a posé des problèmes à l’homme âgé de 78 ans et à la santé fragile que je suis devenu. Ceci mériterait d’être annoncé dans le descriptif

Vaatwasser was kapot, kast valt bijna uit elkaar, kast in de slaapkamer is kapot. Er mag wel even aandacht besteed worden aan de meubels
