Cozy tiny place for a couple of nights

Very well equipped and the location is top! The owner got maximum from this space, of course. It has a proper kitchen, high quality appliances, all is brand new and very clean. Nearby you can find the best beach of Annecy, beautiful views, supermarkets, great boulangerie, pizza, etc. An outdoor terrace is very pleasant! A dishwasher and the washing machine are so handy.

The apartment is very dark and humidity is very high, no proper windows. We had to open the door all the time to get some fresh air. The shower has no door and is in the bedroom. It's all too small, packed with furniture. The apartment is located right on a quite busy road, it's too noisy during the day. There's no its own parking space. You can park for free nearby but the number of places is very limited.

The property was ideal for our needs.

The host was very difficult to contact and the key safe code details arrived very late. It didn’t worry us as we were out a lot but the information about the property should perhaps make it clear that it has no windows.

Overall ok.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending that weekend. Close to Annecy as well, the bus stop was right in front of the apartment and next door to a small market. I had to work one of the days while I was there and the wifi signal was strong enough for video calls.

Arrival was difficult, I was never sent any check in instructions, which is listed the host will send before you check in. I had to text and call multiple times - the phone line picked up but no one spoke, just hung up eventually. Then I finally received an automated text with check in instructions. There were 2 fans provided but both were broken, however the host was kind enough to go buy a new unit for us and drop it off while we were away. There is only one window that opens at the very front of the unit so the airflow to the bedroom is nonexistent. The shower is very small and the water sprays everywhere so it's a bit of a mess to clean up on the floor after showering.

Excellent séjour a veyrier le lac !

Studio très bien aménagé. Tout est a proximité du studio ( boulangerie, petite superette, arret de bus pour le lac d'Annecy...) Mais aussi un hôte exceptionnel. Très a l'écoute et attentif.

Propreté / entretien du lieu et disposition interne: pas de place coin cuisine, à l’étroit sans table à manger avec canapé qui empêche d’ouvrir la porte complètement, mauvais état des murs et meublier, pas de film alimentaire ou papier cuisson, pas de lessive avec machine à laver qui ne s’ouvre pas car en butée contre le mur (espace trop étroit) , rideau de douche pas assez long et donc qui met de l’eau partout
