Over priced.

Purpose built flat within a flat. Like a hotel room and. bathroom without any of the amenities or location.

Difficult address to find and no one instantly available to help. It feels like you are booking a hotel room but it is an airbnb style set up. Yet the cost is more hotel.

it was in a quiet area and it was comfortable. The owner was a very nice man. We let him know when we were arriving so he met us there.

It’s in an apartment building so it’s very difficult to find but the owner was there to meet us.

Disappointing

The bathroom was not very clean (the tiles had mold on them) and in one of the room there was an ugly smell. The host told us that we can do the check-in earlier if we pay an extra fee of 10 euros. We agreed and got to the appartment earlier than 3pm, but the rooms were not ready. We were able to leave only our luggages and still be charged for an early checkin, which was not fare because the rooms were not ready.

Mr Antonio was a very kind and helpful host. He gave us a valuable advices on how to visit Cinque Terre. Great room - includes all the essentials! A pleasant surprise available fridge with water to welcome, kettle, coffee and cake.

There is no free private parking. But there is a free public parking space nearby in save quieter neighbourhood.

Not bad

The size of the room. The furniture was new and they gave us water and some croisants for breakfast. It has blinders for windows.

It has not soap in the room. It was a heavy smell in the room. The owner didn't have a remote for the parking and we had to wait for someone else to open the gate.

Absolutely amazing! Super accomodating. Great rooms - includes all the essentials! We even were picked up from the train station (after check in!). Highly recommend, great value for money!

Excellent value for money. Recommended

Excellent bedroom, air-conditioned. Renovated bathroom. TV and basic breakfast included. The host picked us up at the door from the luggage storage. He also gave us many recommendations and offered us two bicycles free of charge to use. Thank you very much Antonio! Although it is a bit far from the central station, the flat is 300 meters from the other train station of La Spezia and there are several bus lines that take you to the centre.

Great spot for Your Cinque Terre trip

Very good location for trip to Cinque Terre, the train station is 5min away. Be aware that when coming back in late evening from Cinque Terre not all trains stop at nearest station but on Spezia Centrale.

Couple plates, forkes and spoons would be helpful.

Friendly and helpful owner, comfortable room, but not traditional a hotel.

With regards to the room: it is comfortable in size, air conditioner is well functioning, and the washroom is big and new. Our host or the hotel owner was very friendly and helpful in providing advice for local activities.

I would not consider this a "hotel", to call it a hotel is a bit misleading. It is more akin to an apartment in an apartment building that has been converted to to fit 3 rooms with a hallway that also dubs as a lobby, As such the walls are a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbors at night. It also does not have a trash bin in the bedroom which I find... is very strange.

Superb

Everything else, the appartment, the bathroom, the staff, all sublime - really perfect! The owner was also very helpful and gave us advice on how to visit Cinque Terre in boat (definitive recommendation).

The location: although a nice and calm area, transport was difficult as we were travelling with public transport. It was difficult to find places to buy local bus tickets nearby (especially on Sunday). There is ofcourse a trainstation nearby but trains to La Spezia Central don't go that often so good planning is needed. This place is awesome if you have a car, since there is a lot of parking space apparently.

Superb

Very nice owner, he’s been waiting for us more then one hour. He allowed us to store our bicycles in his garage for one night free of charge although we didn’t stay at his apartment that night. He gave us also nice advice to take a boat to Cinque Terre. Good location - near trainstation

Perfect stay to discover cinque Terra and La Spezia

Don't get fooled by the outside of the building. Once you get inside it's clean, neat and comfortable! We stayed here to see cinque terra without the prices of it. Beside cinque terra the old city centre of la Spezia is packed with good restaurants. We had a car which was essential to move around!

A falra festett részlet, Antonio elmondta hogy mi merre van, mivel érdemes közlekedni. Be volt készítve 1-1 víz és croissan. Közel volt a vadútállomás.

A takaró egy szakadozott lepedővel volt letakarva, nem volt huzat, így csúszkált le-fel, és nem szeretnék olyannal takarózni amivel más is…! Rozsdás WC kefe tartó. Papírvékony falak!!! Hallani lehetett hogy egy másik szobában éppen sex zajlik(2 órán keresztül), és ez minden este így volt.Nem volt rendesen felmosva.

Bardzo ładny pokój z łazienką. Czysto i wygodnie. Wifi , telewizor, klimatyzacja. Blisko do stacji, supermarketu, oraz do kawiarni z pysznymi włoskimi śniadaniami. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, wszystko pokazał na na mapce, doradził i porozmawiał. Polecam w 100 procentach.

Enttäuschend!!!

Die einzigen positiven Aspekte der Unterkunft sind unseres Erachtens: 1. Die gute Lage zum Bahnhof "La Spezia Migliarina", welcher einen guten Startpunkt für einen Ausflug in die Cinque Terre bietet. 2. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. 3. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank hat unser Wasser gekühlt, wie er sollte. Alles im Allem sind selbst 100€ zu viel für diese Unterkunft. Wir können sie daher absolut nicht empfehlen.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Am besten bei der Anreise... Der Aufforderung eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft Bescheid zu geben sind wir bereit mindestens eine Stunde vorher, über das Nachrichtenportal von Booking nachgekommen. Darauf gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Vorort angekommen dauerte es etwas, ein heruntergekommenes Mietshaus als unsere Unterkunft zu identifizieren. Einzig ein kleines Schild an einem privaten Parkplatz wies darauf hin. Von den Vermietern fehlte jede Spur. Auch in unseren Nachrichten. Über die angeblich stehts erreichbare Telefonnummer meldete sich nur die Mailbox. Nach einer halben Stunde, in der wir unter einem Baum auf dem Parkplatz saßen, ging der der Vermieter dann doch irgendwann ans Telefon und versprach, dass seine Tochter jeden Moment ankommen sollte. 15 min später kam diese dann auch sichtlich entspannt an. Leider können wir die positiven Bewertungen hinsichtlich des Vermieters nicht bestätigen, da die Tochter nur italienisch und nur wenige Worte englisch sprach. Zu Tipps oder Essensempfehlungen kam es dementsprechend auch nicht. Kommen wir zum Zimmer... Das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer hatte wenig mit den auf Booking hinterlegten Fotos zu tun: Durchgelegenes Bett, Schimmel im Bad, deutlich kleinere Dusche, Oberflächen nicht sauber, widerliche Klobürste, schmutziger Lampenschirm...

Demasiado cómodo y super tranquilo el lugar tanto por dentro como a los alrededores, Antonio fue muy amable con nosotros desde el inicio y nos hizo una pequeña guía junto con recomendaciones de lugares para pasear y comer! No es mucho lo que hay que caminar desde el hospedaje hasta la estación de La Spezia migliarina para tomar el tren hasta Centrale. Excelente todo!

Molti rumori esterni: si tratta di un appartamento al piano terreno, esposto su una area di parcheggio condominiale. Nulla di insopportabile, ma i box che vengono aperti e chiusi e le macchine che parcheggiano generano rumore che può essere fastidioso.
