Excellent rapport qualité - prix. Remplacement stratégique (station de bus en bas) pour être entre la plage sablée de San Terenzo (15 mins en bus) et le centre de La Spezia (7 mins en bus ou 20/25 mins à pied). Propre, confortable, le propriétaire très disponible. Je recommande !

Il personale è davvero molto gentile! Un ragazzo ci ha accompagnato dal ristorante all'appartamento, che si è rivelato davvero molto grande. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort!
La posizione non è ottimale, per chi arriva dalla stazione Centrale di La Spezia. Circa 45 minuti a piedi, però facendo una bella per il centro storico. Altrimenti si può scendere alla stazione di La Spezia Migliarina, che si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi. Il ragazzo della struttura ci ha consigliato comunque la possibilità di prendere gli autobus urbani per muoversi. Consigliamo quindi di informarsi sugli orari.
