The property was clean, staff was extremely helpful when we needed information about ferry and bus service. Ferry to Cinque Terre is walking distance along with several bus stops to the train station. Around the corner is a handful of restaurants and cafes. A small market is close by. Hotel had a nice breakfast with light fare that included eggs, bacon, yogurt, and breads. We were pleased with our short stay. Con-there is no elevator if you have large luggage.

The hotel in close proximity to both La Spezia Centrale and the port, and the staff are extremely kind, helpful , and generous. The rooms are simple , nothing too impressive but it’s excellent value. The breakfast service is very old fashioned and pleasant. Would 100% stay again

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this property because it was about 20 min walk from where we had to drop our car at Hertz, 20 min walk from the train to Cinque Terre, and about a 5 minute walk from where we had a scooter rented (walk to the Esso gas station and you will see the scooters you can rent). Staff was very polite and helpful in pointing us in the direction of the public transportation. They also alloys to leave our luggage with them after checking out so we could go to see the last couple areas of Cinque Terre. Great a/c in the room. The only negative was the blowdryer in the room. It resembled a vacuum hose and really needs to be swapped out and updated.

This is the perfect spot to see both LaSpezzia and Cinque Terre! There are great cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping spots! The fort has a fabulous view if you can handle the walk! Only issue was they advertised a laundromat service and a bar at the hotel and we couldn’t figure out how to get any service in the bar. Also, we needed to use the local laundromat.

Had a good stay here. It's a 25 min walk to the train station, but convenient buses run regularly until 9pm. Not convenient if you expect a cab later as cabs seem less available. But a pleasant walk. The front desk will sell you bus tickets. (1.5 Euro each). I might choose to be closer to the center of town, but an included breakfast buffet with basic but properly cooked food and AC makes it a good deal. A bit like an outdated dorm room on our first room impression, but slept well.

This is a nice property with very professional staff. There is not as much to do in the area as we were hoping. It is close to the waterfront but most of the area is taken up by commercial shipping. It’s close to ferry to cinque Terre but 20 min walk to the train station. The boats were not running the day we went to Cinque Terre so had to walk up to take a train. Which ended up being very nice traveling. We did do breakfast and it was nice but basic

The receptionist during check in was great. She explained in details how to get to railway station from the hotel to go to Cinque Terre. As we were short in time we were not able to visit all town of Cinque Terre she advised us best 2 out of 5.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were flat and hard. There was a refrigerator, but no tea/coffee/kettle in the room. The shelf in the shower leaned and toiletries kept falling off and breaking. The shelf in the bathroom was very narrow and located over the toilet and bedet so toiletries easily knocked over onto the floor and into the bedet or toilet. The towel bar hung over the toilet so you were fighting with your wet towels when trying to use the toilet. As in most Southern European hotels, no hair conditioner was provided. There are some parking spaces available in a garage next door, for €18 per day. There is a large grocery store located within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
