The bed and room was comfy and clean.
The host treated us rudely and they got mad at us for the slightest issues such as when we tried accessing the building and we called the host they kept giving us different numbers and the other people weren’t helpful and blamed us for our mistakes even though we were told that most of these issues wouldn’t happen. Staying as a family was a bit hard and for only sleeping in the guest home, it wasn’t worth the price we payed. The shower tray was also filled up with water instantly and it made it deal like a pool.

The place was really nice, comfortable and clean. Giulietta and the staff replied immediately our enquiries, so we were happy 😊

The room was very noisy from the traffic. It wasn't easy to open the bathroom door due to the tight fit on the floor. The floor was filthy, and when I pointed it out to the maid, she only cleaned a small area from the bed to the bathroom. The balcony chairs were so dirty and also needed a good cleaning.
