It is a really great hotel closer to train station; like that the hotel has restaurant; clean rooms

On premise Restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner; Great breakfast; Staff friendliness, location, like the rooms being called with color codes rather than numbers.

I suggest that the premises out the rooms in the lawn area is properly treated with insecticides as I had mosquito bites.

Hotel Decent, some improvements could be done.

Good location to where we wanted to go the marina area. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were nice.

Breakfast seemed like it never got replenished. Once a certain item was gone, it wasn't replaced while we were eating there. It didn't seem like enough. Also, the parking area lights need to be adjusted. You're in total darkness until you reach the hotel door and then the parking lights come on. There is an elevator but it doesn't go to the rooms. You still have to climb stairs with your luggage to get to your actual room for those who can't do stairs well, or those who don't want to carry luggage up steps.

The letter on arrival was a nice touch, arriving outside checking time! Friendly staff, & very nice meal in restaurant! Wasn't clear when we booked that it wasn't close to train station we arrived in eg la Spezia Centrale! Cost us a lot in taxis both ways

quite & clean. train stations just across the street “La Spezia Migliarina” station, get the train from there to “ La Spezia Centrale” station, then to the 5 villages “CINQUE TERRE”. The guy in the reception give us good and clear directions how to get the train to CINQUE TERRE. it is better to get Cinque Terre Treno MS Card from train station

it will be good if there is a smaller fridge in the room

Good location to reach the train to Cinque Terre, train station La Spezia Migliarina is just walking distance away from the hotel. Hotel staff nice and helpful.

Somewhat limited, but tasty breakfast, mostly sweet food like pastries, cookies, deserts...

Ideal hotel to travel to Cinque Terre

Nice breakfast. Clean rooms and hotel. Perfect place to start your cique terre trip, since it is right next to the smaller La Spezia railway station. Friendly staff. Free big parking spaces.

No fridge in the room. A bit in a backdoor neighborhood. If you want to go to the city center, you need bus or car. Far on foot and a bit shady neighborhood to walk through.

Disappointing

Nice parking for the car.

Service via mail was friendly but at the location horrible. We weren’t welcome at all. Room was not clean - bathroom/ doors, door handles floor not very clean. Doesn’t give you a good feeling with COVID situation. Matras feels like plastic. Construction in front of the hotel. Breakfast messy and very loud. Didn’t even have breakfast the second day.

Der Parkplatz Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor dem Hotel (Achtung: Fahrzeiten vorher kontrollieren)

Das Hotel gleicht eher einer Jugendherberge. Die Rezeption (ein Tresen im Eingangsbereich) war in drei Tagen genau einmal besetzt. Für 2 Personen gebucht, nur Handtücher für eine Person erhalten. Keine Ablagefläche im Bad. Zimmer extrem warm - nicht regulierbar. Frühstücksraum = Restaurant: Einrichtung sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Personal großteils unfreundlich. Kaffe ist sehr dünn.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängert haben. Die Stiftung Luna Blu hat uns tief beeindruckt. Sehr herzliches Personal. Perfekte Lösung der Parkplätze. Hübsches Frühstück. Alles top!

Die Klimaanlage blies direkt auf das 3. Bett und musste deshalb ausgeschaltet werden. Kann technisch jedoch nicht geändert werden.

Algo de dejadez en la conservación de las instalaciones. Nuestra habitación, una triple, era básica, pero funcional, no obstante, carecía de algunos elementos que hubieran hecho nuestra estancia más satisfactoria, como por ejemplo frigorífico, secador. Desayuno básico.
