A lovely, modern, and newly renovated apartment near the old town of La Spezia. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the breakfast provided was more than enough.

The accommodation is very nice. It is located in an old, beautifully renovated building, on the 5th floor. You can use the elevator. We stayed in a large and beautiful apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a shop across the street, parking in front of the entrance, which is payable during the day. I charged the electric car at an electric charging station 50 meters away. The host Francesca is very friendly and helpful. She helps with everything and gave us a lot of useful information. Following her advice, we visited the Cinque Terre by boat - wonderful. I will definitely return to Approda 36 when I visit La Spezia again. Darko.

Such a beautiful and lovely place! Francesca was super friendly with everything and helpful wherever she could. a nice and quiet room.. modern furniture.. super clean and cosy. the fridge was filled up with almost everything you wish for. the city center is about 15 minutes walk away and if you plan to visit Cinque Terre or the other close and beautiful places, Francesca will tell you everything you need to know.. and: free parking spaces and a supermarket is close… all thumbs up for this accommodation !

I had a lovely time staying here for one week. Fransesca is the sweetest host and gave me the best welcome I could imagine. The place was super clean, had everything I needed and located in a nice area of La Spezia. It felt like “coming home” and I really recommend staying here.

The location is cozy, fun and Francesca, the host is just great with advices and tips related to Cinque Terre and proximities. You have a nice coffee shop near the entrance and great superrmarket in front of the accomodation. Vespa rental is just 500 meters away, the bus statiom is just around the corner and the tourist port is 15 minutes walk. Lovely place!

Maybe the pillows, not a dislike, but an ideea to change it with something more fluffy and comfortable 😍

Great experience

We got everything we need during our stage. Flat is perfect but a little far of the center. Bus is not a good option to go outside by night

Francesca is very friendly and helpful with everything and gave very good advice about the city, the area and things to do!

Air conditioning is linked to the electrical circuit that can only be switched on with the room key; that means that if you come home late it won't have the capacity/time to cool down the room to have a fresh night. During my stay the weather was very warm, and temperatures in the room (located at the last floor under the roof) were very very warm almost all night despite the AC being on. The water system is connected to some sort of pump system that is very loud so if the neighbor uses the shower before you had planned to get up you will hear it.

Convenient location and beautiful renovation of an apartment in a old house. Francesca gave us lots of recommendations and advices for our stay. We had a great time.

The apartment was sparkling clean and very spacious. Francesca was very helpful and gave us a lot of information and recommendations (activities to do, restaurants to go to,...). She also answered us immediately when we needed help. We highly recommend staying at Approdo 36.

The only downside was that the breakfast was not really what we expected. (prepacked food instead of fresh breakfast)

Lovely host & lovely room!

I had a wonderful stay here so I even booked to stop an extra night. Francesca was really lovely and gave me some great advice for the area/nightlife. The room was super clean, comfortable and spacious with coffee and breakfast items in the room. It is about a 15 minute walk to the centre, however, the area feels safe walking alone at night. I would definitely stop here again if I come back to La Spezia as it exceeded my expectations! Thank you Francesca for a lovely stay.

Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Francesca, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni che occorrono. Dista dalla stazione di La Spezia Centrale circa 5 minuti di auto, quindi ottima base per visitare le 5 terre in treno. Parcheggio pubblico comodo e disponibile sotto la struttura.

No es un hotel sono mas bien un hostal pero las Habitaciones son bien equipadas, muy limpio. Perfecto para una noche.

No es 100% privado Son 3 piezas con baño pero comparten un área común muy pequeña. Si el otro pasajero es muy ruidoso puede ser complicado

Maria la dueña, nos dio muchísima información que nos permitió ahorrar y disfrutar mas. excelente todo el equipamiento, no faltó nada, había de todo para abastecerse, frente a un supermercado.

La Spezia

Struttura molto accogliente, situata all'interno di un palazzo al 5° piano dotata di ascensore. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto spaziosa forse la più grande di tutte le altre, anche perché vi era anche la cucina, anche l'arredo in stile moderno e semplice. La proprietaria Francesca ci ha fatto anche da Cicerone sul luogo e come arrivare ai vari posti turistici. La struttura dal centro dista un 15/20 min a piedi ma tranquilli ci sono anche mezzi di trasporto che passano e vi portano al centro/porto. Ah dimenticavo di fronte la struttura vi è la coop che far pur sempre comodo 😉.

Wir haben selten so eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin erlebt, sie hat uns ganz tolle Tipps gegeben wie z.B Porto Venere. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Es gab eine gute Busanbindung in die Stadt, ca. 10Minuten.

Petit séjour très sympathique

Jolie chambre spacieuse, lit grand et confortable. Les petites attentions à notre égard très appréciées.

Il faisait très froid car le seul chauffage qu’il y a c’est la climatisation, qui est reliée sur l’électricité avec une clé mais si la clé est enlevée il n’y a plus d’électricité donc plus de chauffage. La climatisation met du temps à se mettre en route pour chauffer la pièce cela prend du temps. Et même problème pour la salle de bain qui n’a pas de chauffage juste un chauffe linge mais ce n’est pas suffisant pour chauffer la salle de bain.

Tutto molto curato e proprietaria gentile e professionale. Abbiamo ritardato di 30 minuti il check out causa diluvio fuori e la proprietaria è stata super gentile e comprensiva.
