Good choice for a stopover. Good breakfast

Conveniently located in the town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site is a massive bonus. The breakfast was also good quality. Rooms are very spacious.

The first room we were given had no running water. We then discovered 2 taps on the wall that control the water flow. Once opened, the shower tap started leaking - it made sense why the water was shut off! Nevertheless we raised these issues with the recption and they moved us to another room. The bathtoom can do with a refresh (mainly apply new sealant)

Breakfast area too small, for such a big hotel. It can be very crowdy.

Fair value for money, if you stay max 2 nights

Very polite staff. From the reception to the guy that drove the shuttle to city centre. Always with smiles, giving you all info that you need.

Facilities are quite old and used. Rooms are below average based on my personal experience in Italy. Strange smell in my room, like from cigarettes. Small dining room, in top seasons, can be quite crouded for breakfast. Outside facilities are much better (grass, trees, parking lot etc). Location is like 30min by walk from city centre.

Despite some misunderstanding I’d still book again

Very spacious room and friendly staff. Croissant at breakfast very tasty

Unsure about parking cost. If I park without reserving a spot it’s free? But if I reserved I should pay €10 ? We stayed 2 nights and first night we arrived very late. On third day we checked out before mid day. Total less than 48 hrs but costed €30. A bit clearer instruction would be appreciated

A very nice stay!

It was a very nice hotel and Kathy at the reception was very knowledgeable, shared a lot of local information very patiently and very kindly with everyone. They have a great restaurant and the man who runs it is so very hospitable! And yes the food was great.

They did not have their AC on but provided us with a fan and that worked great.

Hotel is located nearby the main road and harbour what makes IT a noisy place all the week. On the other side , it gives a great options to travel whereever you want: Genui, Florence, Pisa, Cingue Terre

Nice easy place to base your visit to Sienna.

Very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good location. Bus right out front that takes you to centre of Sienna. Nice pool.

For what we were doing it did the job.

The parking was very good and easy to access. Breakfast was adequate.

The room was very basic and bare, not at all inviting, and was in desperate need of redecoration. The location was not at all good way too far from the centre of the town.

Good value for money ratio compared to other local hotels. Ok breakfast, very helpful staff , ok room (not too much, not too little; conditioner works alright).

- No playground for kids in the vicinity - No modern furniture (no kettle, no iron, only bed linen and no warmer textiles, only one garbage bin in toilet and none in the room) - no "extras" on cleaning the room, ok service

Pleasant

The breakfast was varied, sweet, salty, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea... The hotel is located outside the city center. Transportation by bus or car required. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy!!

The hotel is simple, the rooms are outdated with minimal equipment. I don't like blankets that aren't a duvet. Clean and tidy!!
