Riva Agava Split Waterfront

We spent 3 nights at Riva Agava in early June. This was one of the top apartments we have ever rented. We loved everything about it, the view, location and decor. My cleanliness standards are high and this place met and exceeded them (I have never said that in a review before). The host/owner, Barbara went out of our way to be helpful. She met us to show us where to park, offered to shop for as prior to arrival and provided excellent recommendations on how to spend our time in Split. We felt the amount we paid was very good value for money. If you can rent this apartment, you absolutely should.

The only tiny complaint was the lighting was not great for doing makeup!

It was extremely clean, comfortable, beautiful finishes and beautifully remodelled apartment in a great location. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views of the Riva, harbour. Our host Barbara was extremely helpful and welcoming. She made recommendations and even helped us with reservations. She was also very flexible with check in times and check out too.

My only recommendation would be to provide extra towels and laundry facilities.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment! The location was perfect—right next to all the highlights of Split’s old town. The apartment was beautifully equipped, with great amenities that made us feel right at home. On top of that, the host gave us fantastic recommendations—every restaurant and gelato spot they suggested was a winner!

Not friendly for the seniors as there is no lift.
