A simply fantastic apartment, The Riva Agava Split Waterfront is situated a ten minute walk from the Riva with its abundance of restaurants and bars, Supermarkets, a bakery and an ATM are all within a couple of minutes walk. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are down at the beach. The apartment itself was magnificent, spacious, spotless and decorated wonderfully. Beds were large and comfortable, we travelled as a family of 4 and everything we needed was catered for. Barbara the host had thought of everything and was always on hand with information and recommendations which made the stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, You are so close to everything without the Hustle of the old town. The views from the apartment across the harbour have to be seen. To sum up, Excellent location, Excellent Apartment and Wonderful Hosts

The heatwave in Split !

We spent 3 nights at Riva Agava in early June. This was one of the top apartments we have ever rented. We loved everything about it, the view, location and decor. My cleanliness standards are high and this place met and exceeded them (I have never said that in a review before). The host/owner, Barbara went out of our way to be helpful. She met us to show us where to park, offered to shop for as prior to arrival and provided excellent recommendations on how to spend our time in Split. We felt the amount we paid was very good value for money. If you can rent this apartment, you absolutely should.

The only tiny complaint was the lighting was not great for doing makeup!

Not friendly for the seniors as there is no lift.
