Beautiful apartment near the beach and the old town and palace. Great facilities for cooking, laundry and relaxing. Mario was super helpful.

Excellent vacation apartments, beasches, shops, and city center nearby. The apartment has everything you need, including detergents for dishwasher and washing machine, and individual cosmetic sets. We liked everything!

Fantastic Place in Split

Perfect accommodation! I am so glad we booked this for our short trip in Split (for 3 of us). The host is lovely and very accommodating. The apartment itself is spacious, modern and comfortable and has everything you need. The aircon was fantastic! The area is quiet and close to the old town and a very nicely quiet beach/bay. I really recommend this place. (Also, we didn't have to put down a cash deposit as the listing suggests...we were very grateful for this.)

Great place to stay

The host Mario was super friendly and very welcoming. He greeted us at the apartment even though we got there at 10pm. Accommodated for our luggage to be kept at the apartment on our last day even though it meant him going out of his way to do so. Would highly recommend staying here, the place was clean had everything you could want. Only a short walk away from the center, if you're hesitant because of the distant to the centre, don't be.

Big spacious apartment with everything we wanted! Spent a chilled evening with a movie (plenty of English channels) and caught up on some washing, much needed (washing liquid provided free of charge). Clean and tidy, no complaints at all

Easy check-in to a fantastic apartment made Split all that much better. Would love to stay again.

The apartment was fantastic, including all the amenities you could ever need on a holiday. A very comfortable space to spend days/weeks in. Easy access to great restaurants and beaches. Free street parking was also easily achievable.

Сподобалось абсолютно все без винятку.Щиро дякуємо за гарний відпочинок Марʼяну.Дуже гарне розташування близько пляжу,до старого міста 10 хвилин пішки,гарна набережна,зовсім поруч розташований Марʼян парк.Дуже сподобались апартаменти з сучасним європейським дизайном в поєднанні з домашньою атмосферою зробили відпочинок дуже комфортним.

Praktisch gelegen, gutes WLAN, sehr netter Gastgeber

Wir sind spät in Split angekommen und hatten noch Verspätung durch den Flug. Trotzdem hat Mario auf uns gewartet und uns nett zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Er war schnell zur Stelle, als wir Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hatten und auch als wir leider ein paar Kleidungsstücke vergessen hatten nach dem Check Out. Sehr gutes WLAN, was für uns wichtig war, da wir einiges für die Arbeit erledigen mussten

Leider kein Parkplatz, aber an der Straße parken funktioniert gut und ist kostenlos
