Great location, good view, comfortable place

Great location about 8 minutes walk to the palace. Fabulous view from the one bed apartment, which has a huge balcony. Good bathroom & shower. Spacious sitting room which has a little dining table for 2. Kitchen is tiny but was ok for us as we ate out (stayed 3 nights) Bed was a little firm for me but ok. It looked like the place had been recently painted and had some new furniture since the photos on booking.com. Unfortunately after a torrential rainstorm there were a couple of damp patches on the ceiling of the living room. Hope this is fixed before it causes a problem. Be aware it’s up many stairs as it’s on the 3rd floor…but it’s worth it for the view. Parking was on the street.

A perfect place to stay in Split for a family or group of friends.

This property was perfect! The hosts were so friendly and the location was a great distance between the evening street life and beaches. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our family. A great kitchen/ living space and big bathroom. It was really clean and well equipped.

Nice view, good location, but not worth the price.

The directions to the property were unclear and there was poor signage. The door appeared locked and the key was no where to be found. After calling, I was told the apt was unlocked. It was unlocked because the lock was broken. That meant we were unable to lock the apartment when going out. The kitchen trash can was an empty frame with no trash bag or floor. And the AC couldn’t properly cool the place. This is a nice apt but the cost buys you the view and little else. It could be modernized and at a bare minimum, the lock should be fixed.

Probably not my best decision of the trip

The location of this was fine, short walk to the main town area.

The apartment itself is very tiny and all the furnishings are very old and worn. AC is only in the little living room and doesn’t really cool off the bedroom very well. Additionally the bed is very soft and sagging so it makes you roll to the center during the night. We didn’t get a very good night sleep and chose to leave 3 days early and find other accommodations. We also had trouble getting even the slightest Wi-Fi signal so working while there was not very productive (hopefully most are not working on vacation 😃) and the TV also had no signal.

Location was perfect, close to the city as bd nice view.

The drain in the shower didn’t drain away it took hours, the shower leaked out around the toilet, the bathroom sink leaked onto the floor, the bathroom towels sunk of cigarette smoke, the bedroom heater provided didn’t work, all the wifi was unplugged so hubby had to spend time setting it up then got a message to say internet was unsecure so we didn’t use it. No soap etc provided not that it was a big thing but this place is very basic considering the price.

Fun place for a couple of nights. The view is lovely.

An eyrie above Split and its port. We really enjoyed this little penthouse room during our short stay in Split. It's super-convenient for the city too – a couple of minutes' walk takes you to the seafront.

Washing machine not working, although it is shown in the photos. The host did not respond when I asked about this. Disappointed, as we had to go out and find a coin laundry in the city...

great appartment; much better thab the photoes. it is nicely arranged, spatious, super clean, super comfortable, with a nice balcony looking over the sea. fully furnished and equipped the appartment would be super for short and longer stays. location is perfect. it is in a little quiet street which smells of sprong flowers and 8 min walk from the center. super happy to have chosen the appartment.

location perfect. make sure you book a room on the top floor and you won’t be disappointed, it will be worth the extra.

The property was spotless and a brilliant location to walk into the old city. We had a car and parking was easy.

I booked the property on location and view from reviews from other customers. When we arrived at the time we had stated we went up to the top floor as all the other doors were locked or rooms being used. It was stunning. Amazing views and lovely balcony terrace and bright clean room. Imagine our disappointment when we were told that our room was on the ground floor. We had thought that that was a cupboard! The room had only 2 small windows and a driveway as outdoor sitting with no views and we felt a bit like Harry Potter in the cupboard under the stairs! if you book which I do recommend due to location, do make sure you get the top floor. iIn fairness we were offered a change to the first floor if we paid more but would have had to wait 2 hours. Having been up since 2am travelling this was not going to happen! the booking form was unclear that the room we got was not one with the views and that it costs more. it will be worth paying a bit more for the top floor. We were disappointed with our room.

Sexually harassed by the owner

The owner was supposed to meet us on arrival, he called and said he won't make it. We asked for an extra bed sheet and blanket because one of us was sleeping on the Sofa bed. He didn't understand and asked me to text him.....but he still didn't understand....even when I translated in Kroatien. Out of nowhere he than said he want to meet me at the apartment, buy than it was 11PM. He started to harass me sexually over what's app. I blocked him. I was so scared that he might just walk in that I always locked the door behind me. We never got a blanket or bed sheet. Neither an apology. He came the night before we left to get the payment. My friend was asking him what was going on. And he replied to him oh that, that was my little sister texting. So he obviously knew about it.......and logically if that would have been the case he would have apologized straight away after finding out. So I don't believe for a second that this is true. He is a really shady person and I can't recommend staying there at all!!!

Sin dudas la ubicación y la vista desde la terraza es lo más destacado!

Falta de higiene en piso y en mobiliarios de la terraza, así como en los vidrios del departamento. A la propiedad le falta mantenimiento.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro città. Possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento. Bella la vista dal terrazzo.

Le foto nell’annuncio non sono fedelissime. Ci sono tre piani da fare a piedi. L’appartamento non è spazioso ed è un po’ datato, andrebbe rimodernato e rifinito. La cucina non è fornita.

Dla niewymagających ok, blisko głównych atrakcji

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko starówki. Duży taras z widokiem na marinę. Gospodarze dostarczyli łóżeczko dziecięce na naszą prośbę i zgodzili się na nieco późniejsze wymeldowanie.

Lokal bardzo brudny i zapuszczony - praktycznie nie sprzątany po poprzednich gościach (na podłodze kurz, włosy, plastikowe torby i butelki pod łóżkiem). Farba ze ścian odchodzi, a okna nie pamiętają mycia. Zdjęcia nie oddają wyglądu mieszkania i tarasu Wyposażenie takie sobie, brak przestrzeni w kuchni, w lokalu niepotrzebnie zostawione dwa grzejniki elektryczne, które zabierały przestrzeń.

Appartement très très bien situé

L'emplacement est genial. Environ 20 mn à pied depuis le ferry et 10mn du centre historique . Ça monte un peu à la fin mais tout a fait gérable. La vue est superbe et nous avons eu la surprise de voir un feu d'artifice depuis la terrasse. Possibilité d'arriver un peu avant l'heure prévue ce qui est très agréable.

Pas d'infos sur le checkin, mais réponses rapides à nos questions. Appartement un peu rustique, mais tout y est 😊
