We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Kotor! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were extremely friendly, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable, and even helped us with transportation and guidance around the area, which made everything so easy. The location is truly breathtaking — the front overlooks the sparkling Adriatic, where you can swim at any time, and just behind you are stunning mountains that make the setting feel like a dream. The property also has a lovely swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing. We loved how convenient everything was — with restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery shop just nearby, we had everything we needed within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had such a cozy, homey feel that we felt right at home from day one. This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor. We can’t wait to return! Great relaxing poolside apartment

Great location, quieter than Kotor or the surrounding towns, lots of restaurants and public beaches within walking distance. Can even walk to Kotor if you fancy an hour wander around the bay. The apartments were well kitted out - towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, plenty of toilet roll, and even salt and pepper. Pool was great, deep for swimming and nice to lounge around. The view from my balcony was spectacular - what a great place to relax and have breakfast or an afternoon beer. Thank you I had a lovely stay and wish I had more than 2.5 days there.

Wifi was so so in the flat if I have to write something... in all, the place was great.

Relaxing stay with breathtaking view

Clean and well maintained cosy place with magnificent view and good looking pool. The room was spacious and shiny. Good communication with Owner who was trying to help us many times.

If you don’t have a car commuting to Kotor is time consuming. Buses are going once in an hour but without any schedule.

The road up to the apartments is steep and narrow. Can be quite troublesome for inexperienced drivers. No food options and the close restaurants aren't that good.

A fabulous start to the holiday, welcoming staff providing a great point to discover Kotor Bay.

Great large balcony where we had meals and could see expansive view of Kotor Bay. Swimming pool also very nicely designed although we took the two minute walk to the sea instead.

Only complaint is that the kitchen could be better stocked with crockery and things for cooking.

The perfect apartment with everything you need!

Super clean apartment located ideally between points of interest. The owners were super kind and friendly and went out of their way to help us. The swimming pool was also very clean and a great touch!

Perfect holiday apartment

This place is amazing. The apartment was spacious, well finished and maintained. The pool and outdoor area were beautifully clean. The views from the pool and our balcony were lovely. The area is nice - right at the bottom of the road there is a restaurant and jetty for swimming in the sea and a shop and bakery. I wished we had booked for longer as we all loved it.

There is nothing negative about the property - it is perfect. The only thing to know is that the road around the whole of the bay is only single lane and traffic goes in both directions, so we found driving a bit stressful even though we are used to narrow roads at home. We would get a smaller car next time.

Amazing!

It was comfortable and the location was amazing!! It was a short walk to the bottom of the hill with 2 amazing restaurants, and a shop close by. If you need an ATM it is at least a 5/10 minute drive away so make sure you go before! We loved our stay here and everything was perfect. The pool was fabulous 💜

Would recommend

The terrace was a highlight - the size of it and the views - absolutely exceptional, but we liked everything about the property. Spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Well maintained grounds, beautiful swimming pool (good size with deep end) and amazing hosts that take a good care of you. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone. There are couple of very good restaurants down the hill on the main road (200m) and a bus stop with a bus that take to you to Kotor Old Town and Tivat. The bus comes every hour and costs 1.50 euro pp to Old Town.

We could not fault it but less mobile people would need a car as the property is on a steep hill. You get the best views from the 2nd floor but again the property offers ground floor apartments as well, if you are less mobile.

A brilliant holiday!

Fantastic location, lovely village. V easy to get into Kotor in a taxi, and relatively inexpensive. The owners were kind and welcoming and made everything very easy. The apartment was well equipped and had terrific views. I would highly recommend it!

Slight problem with the dishwasher not working but otherwise no issues.

Hard to get to the city of Kotor. No pedestrian walk and cabs are hard to catch without knowing local taxi numbers.

We liked everything! This was our second time here, and hope to come back again. The place is awesome and the hospitality of housekeepers is 11/10! Very family friendly place. We really get the chilled holidaymood. The pool area with the view is super. Walk 200m and you can enjoy swimming in a sea and eat in a good restaurant. There are 3 little markets in 300m and also a bakery. Love this place and the atmosphere which comes with the lovely people.
