Small place, but it had everything you need. Parking was by the house. It was air conditioned, had a washing maschine. Nearby is a small beach and a bar. Kotor is a few minutes by the car.

Could have been a little bit cleaner. We found a dishwasher full of dishes, the shower curtain had some mold on it.

One of the best apartments I stayed in Montenegro. From the outside, it doesn’t really give off an appeal, but it’s once you enter the apartment that you see it’s true beauty. The decor, the furnishings, and the color scheme make it so aesthetically pleasing the moment you enter the room. The bed is large and comfortable, gorgeous gold curtains in the windows, and I adored the lighting fixtures. The apartment pretty much has everything you need: stove, washer/dryer, mini fridge, dishwasher, cooking supplies, utensils, etc. The kitchen has a small high counter and vibrantly colorful high-top chairs. The bathroom is spotless and feels modern, though it is small. Overall, I fell in love with the place, as it was perfect just for me. Now the location was 10/10! It’s right by the beach, close to the luxury Hyatt Hotel, and only 30 minutes by car from Tivat Airport. It’s very safe, and Donji Stoliv (the neighborhood), is a walkable distance to the neighboring town of Prcanj - both are two of the most stunning villages I have seen in Montenegro. You’ll be happy to stay here. You experience true village life, wonderful little cafes/restaurants, and just stunning landscapes all around. I should note that it’s probably best to stay in this area toward the end of your trip in Montenegro, as this side of the bay is a bit of a distance from the Old Town, Durmitor, Perast, Lovćen, Virpazar, and other major tourist attractions you might want to experience. If you have no car (like me) it might not be ideal to stay at the start of your trip. Though there is a bus that is close by, I still would not recommend starting a trip here. Additionally, keep in mind that this is an apartment, and you will need to pay the residence tax yourself - you can walk to the Community Center in Prcanj to pay it. My advice is to end your trip here - spending your days relaxing, sunbathing, beaching, and enjoying great food. I cannot recommend staying in this apartment enough.

The apartment is close to the apartment which was nice.

We got there a day late but still we had to wait while our room got cleaned which i found hard to understand as we were 24 hours late! . The towels provided are no longer white, which brings hygiene into question. Bedsheets were not white, which is something I didn’t appreciate as it became hard to know if they were clean. The pictures look like ai as compared to what i saw. The bedroom rugs were so dirty as well. Something I didn’t appreciate. The shower has a shower curtain which lets out water onto the bathroom floor no matter how careful you are and as a result, the bathroom was always flooded after showering. The toilet lid always fell when was sitting on the toilet so i had to always hold it back whilst using the toilet. I booked this because of the great reviews and honestly i was disappointed. Maybe it was just my apartment but in the glad i was glad it was one night and not two.
