Convenient location, pleasant setting and helpful host.

Clean, comfortable and very functional. Kitchen was very well appointed had we to cook in it. Friendly host. Prime location to go swim and easy access to other amenities.

Wonderful!

First of all, value for money is unimaginably good. It is surrounded by beautiful stone buildings, and it takes around 45 minutes walking to get to the Kotor old town. In the aparment you have everything you need, there is exactly the right amount of kitchenware that you might use. Our host must be the best part. He really made us feel like we're at home, and recommended all the great places we went to. Overall, the most fulfilling seaside experience of our lives!

Has an amazing view. At the night you can enjoy the stars from the balcony, in the daylight it has excellent view of Boka Kotorska. Landlord is very helpfull and friendly.

Host Vladimir is very kind and interesting person, he would help in everything you need It was one of the best apartament in montenegro we have been Clean & cozy Nice view New equipment in room Good localisation. To Kotor you can walk 40 minut on your foot. There is no heavy traffic arround.

Superb

The view is exceptional. The room was renovated and it looks like new. The location is good very close to Kotor old town. And the bear about this apartment is the owner. Mr Vladimir is very polite and friendly. He is there to make you feel like home, relax yourself and enjoy your stay there. He has a lot of knowledge about Kotor old town and the history of it. Everything he proposed us to see was to the point.

Very nice, friendly people, clean and new apartments, pet friendly

Apartment was very clean, it had all the kitchen amenities (even a coffee machine), laundry machine, beautiful garden and view. But the most memorable was hospitality from the home owners. We had a trouble with car so Vladimir, the host, helped us with finding a car tow, mechanic that was affordable, and also helped us with managing our stay in full season. They were really friendly with our cat, and even brought him some fresh fish they caught that day.

The only problem is lack of beaches in Prcanj, but still we managed to find nice places near apartment.

Potpuna opremljenost objekta uređajima. Domaćin koji sve ukratko ali bitno kaže i preporuči za obilazak. Interesantna obala blizu i veoma pet friendly opcija.

Možda samo da se doda roletna iznutra ili zavesa kao opcija za noć. Možda nisam primetio.

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et moderne. L'hôte est très serviable. La vue sur la baie de Kotor est splendide également.

La mezzanine est très jolie mais un peu basse de plafond. Le lit du bas est un peu étroit.

Gastfreundlichkeit gepaart mit Komfort

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, nachdem wir das richtige Gebäude gefunden hatten. Geräumige Wohnung mit moderner Küchentechnik und Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im vorderen Schlafzimmer. Von der Wohnung waren wir in 5 Minuten am Ufer, wo wir uns eine Badestelle suchten. Hält man sich am Ufer nach links, also fen Westen, findet man ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant (Konoba Boka Bay), bei dem auch die Reservierung empfehlenswert ist. ;-)

Im zweiten Schlafzimmer habe ich die Annehmlichkeit einer Klimaanlage vermisst, denn es war zu unserer weit über 30 Grad heiß.
