Lovely comfortable apartment with great facilities and located close to Metro station for trips into Rome.

Great apartment with everything we needed. The host (Roberto) was very friendly and communication with him was good. Also just a short walk to the Metro station which was great.

Property was initially a bit hard to find when driving there, but that’s probably more of an issue with Google maps. Parking is tight but manageable (we had a medium size SUV). Other than that no issues with staying there.

It was a great space, close from the metro station, comfortable beds and the washing machine was a plus.

The check out time restrictions. We had a very early flight and were charged extra for leaving early.

The host is very kind. Everything was very good. The metro station Torre Maura is very near so you have a good connection to San Giovanni. We are very satisfied and we recommend this place.

Lovely apartment in the outskirts fo Rome

The owner was waiting for us (he lives upstairs) to give us the keys. He had even saved us a parking space outside. It is a quiet residential area so, no problems sleeping. The air conditioning was lovely. Clean sheets and towels and plenty of extras (soap, cleaning products, shampoo, coffee, sugar, etc) The apartment was big and comfortable and immaculate. There was cold water and a small breakfast left by the owner for us. There is a supermarket two minutes away and you can get the metro three minutes away and it takes about 20 minutes to get to San Giovani (centre of Rome). Metro tickets are 1.50 and you can buy them at the machine before going in. The metro comes every 20 minutes. It is very crowded so be prepared to stand. This apartment is perfect for 4 people. You have to leave a 100 euro deposit which is returned when you leave.

Our ferry was late and we had to pay a late fee. The bed in the main bedroom was a bit old and you could feel the springs (the first morning I woke up with a numb hip).

He was a very attentive host, was always in touch and was ready to respond to requests. We were greeted with tea and coffee, cookies and toast for sandwiches, water. Candy on the bed was nice. The apartment is nice, spacious, normal beds, batteries and air conditioning, dishes. the metro is nearby, although the distant line from Termini is 20-30 minutes as when the time of day. they take a deposit of 100 euros, but accepting an apartment normally returns if everything is fine. 100 meters pizzeria, market and supermarket. We will be happy to return.

Tiszta , rendezett szállás, a szállásadó kivitt minket a reptérre induláskor. Nagyon kedvesek voltak. Közért és étterem a közelben. Sütikkel és kávéval vártak érkezésünkor. Nagyon szimpatikus szállásadó.

Metró közelébe szerettem volna szállást foglalni, de sajnos a metró nem működött. Ez természetesen nem a szállásadó hibája.

Ampio appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort in periferia con mezzi pubblici vicini

Appartamento capiente ( due camere e ampio soggiorno/cucina) dotato di tutti i servizi indispensabili ( asciugamani, carta igienica, detergenti e sapone per la pulizia personale e dei piatti) e anche di piu: acqua , qualcosa per la colazione, sale, zucchero, latte, caramelle di benvenuto che mio figlio ha divorato. Il padrone di casa è stato sempre disponibile e discreto, con suggerimenti e consigli utili per il soggiorno. Appartamento pulito , vicino alla fermata della metro, e a supermercato e negozi con beni di prima necessità.

Unico difetto, se uno sceglie l'appartamento per il parcheggio ( come il nostro caso, visto che siamo arrivati con la nostra macchina), è che effettivamente non è così facile trovarlo. Roma come tutte le grandi città è caotica e piena di mezzi. C'è un cortile esterno dove all'inizio il proprietario ci ha tenuto gentilmente un posto. Ma se uno si sposta un giorno ( come è successo a noi per motivi familiari) è difficile ritrovarlo.
