La gentilezza, la prontezza dell' host nel rispondere e la notevole disponibilità di articoli "accessori" nella struttura.
Forse, ma solo forse, il 2' piano senza ascensore.

Très bel appartement, très bien décoré. On se sentait comme à la maison. L extérieur est un peu bruyant mais pas gênant pour nous, visite Rome la journée. Très pratique également la gare est à 2 pas.. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. Bref un très bon séjour à Portuense 1499

Posto tranquillo, vicino alla fiera di Roma ( quello che cercavo per il concorso!). Ampia metratura con tutti i confort. Appartamento ben curato e pulito. Posto auto pubblico sotto casa.
Pochi locali tipici nelle vicinanze da raggingere a piedi.
