L'appartamento è molto grazioso, accogliente e soprattutto pulito. Ha tutto ciò che serve e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e ben servita. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare due auto in giardino recintato.
Anche se a noi è andata bene, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata potrebbe essere un problema nei mesi più caldi.

Casa ampia e completa, con parcheggio interno (importante a Roma), ottima assistenza dei proprietari (ci hanno anche regalato albicocche appena colte). Posizione comoda per muoversi in zona Roma EUR e Sud (per esempio, Cinecittá World, Luneur, Ostia, etc.).

Property very comfortable and clean, great broadband (50-70Mbps download+upload). Quiet area, yet conveniently located for supermarket, cafés, a few restaurants and public transport.
