Apartament przestronny i jasny, z wygodnymi łózkami, w mieszkanku są trzy balkony, na oknach rolety zewnętrzne.
W pokojach są klimatyzacje.
Kuchnia zawiera wszystko co potrzebne: kawiarka, mikrofalówka, lodówka, palniki gazowe, pralka, suszarka do ubrań, w szafkach całe wyposażenie do zrobienia posiłków. W łazience wanno-prysznic, toaleta, umywalka, bidet oraz suszarka do włosów.
W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy, (który jeździ bardzo często do centrum a podróż zajmuje ok 20 min), market apteka, kawiarenka, warzywniak.
Z lotniska Ciampino ok 30 km , z Flumacino ok 21km. Do Ostii też ok 30 km.
A co najważniejsze wspaniali i gościnni oraz pomocni własciciele Paweł i Lisa, którzy rozmawiają w trzech językach.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. Kérésemet hamar teljesítette. A környék csendes, tömegközlekedéssel minden könnyen elérhető.
