The property was well maintained, clean and well equipped. Two bedrooms with sleeping capacity for two adults and two younger people able to sleep on a bunk bed. Then a couch bed where two more adults or younger youths can sleep.
Safe underground parking for car.
Massimo is a really kind and helpful host. He stays in contact with you via WhatsApp and the Booking.com site.
If you don’t have a car, public transport is fifteen minute walk away, the main tourist attractions are far away.
There was a problem with flush stopping and flush noise when we were there. If possible would request Massimo to get it fixed.

Best landlord. So kind and helpful. There is a bus stop nearby and a metro station not far away. Within walking distance, there is a supermarket, a coffeteria , and several restaurants serving delicious pasta and pizza. Inside, you will find everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, iron, and hairdryer. There is one room with a bunk bed and one with a king-size bed. There is also a hot tub. I would also like to mention the cozy terrace, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and take in the view.

Appartamento pulito e ben messo. Pochi mobili ma curati. Ambienti funzionali e ben separati. Balconcino comodo con tavolo e sedie ma non sfruttabile per la stagione invernale. Comodo il garage interno con accesso diretto al palazzo. Zona tranquilla, ma da venirci preferibilmente con l'auto.
Una delle camere è per ragazzi, con doppio letto e con culla, per cui è risultata poco comoda, senza una scrivania, al posto magari della culla, che sarebbe stata più utile. Purtroppo, essendo in un condominio, al piano di sopra si sentivano vocii e rumori di bambini. In cucina, ben fornita ma non proprio pulita pulita, mancavano però le pastiglie della lavastoviglie e della lavatrice, che di solito troviamo sempre negli altri appartamenti. Mancava infine la macchinetta del caffè espresso, ormai accessorio irrinunciabile a mio avviso, sebbene era presente nelle foto sul sito di Booking. Tassa di soggiorno 6 € a persona al giorno! Avrei preferito fosse incluso nella prenotazione già ben pagata.
