Amplasarea a fost fantastică, foarte aproape de stația de metrou și autobuz, am făcut 10 min pe jos până la ea. Zona în care e amplasată cazarea e foarte frumoasă și ea, oferă contactul direct la viața de zi cu zi a italienilor, lângă cazare sunt patiserii și cafenele multe, chiar și restaurante în apropiere. Proprietarul a fost foarte amabil și primitor cu noi, ne a așteptat cu zâmbetul pe buze și am putut vorbii oricând prin mesaje

Canapeaua a fost destul de incomoda, cabina de duș era cam fragilă, iar cuptorul de la aragaz nu mergea

We had a wonderful 2‑day stay at Plant House Roma Apartment in San Paolo, and it truly exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the location is fantastic right next to the metro station, making it incredibly easy to reach every corner of Rome without any hassle. The convenience alone makes this place a gem. The apartment itself was spotless: beautifully clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged with all the amenities you could need. From complete kitchenware to toiletries and reliable heating, everything was provided with care. It felt comfortable, cozy, and perfectly suited for both short and long stays. The host was equally impressive kind, welcoming, and very attentive. They explained everything clearly, ensured we had everything we needed, and made us feel genuinely cared for. That level of hospitality adds so much value to the experience. Overall, Plant House Roma Apartment is a well‑maintained, well‑located, and truly value‑for‑money property. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Our stay was smooth, pleasant, and memorable, and we would happily return again.

The location is good, close to a metro station. The apartment was spatious. It’s close to a lot of nice bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy. The host waited for us to deliver the keys late at 10 pm.

The walls were dirty, the apartment seemed old, not renovated at all. There was a lot of dust under the beds and in the corners. The towels, even if clean they seemed very used and had stains. The shower was broken , old, the doors had cracks and really needs to be changed asap. Kitchen was very basic. The pictures from booking did not match the reality.
