This property is a short metro ride away from the Colosseum. We stayed here goe one week. Garbatella itself isn't anything to get excited about ,but there is an absolutely wonderful patisserie immediately downstairs as well as a Supermarket.
There are other supermarkets around the corner which are much bigger and have a larger selection of food.
They are two rooms plus a bathroom. The washing machine works well and you can hang your clothes from the window which we found dry easily.
The apartment is a bit quirky But everything that you need seems to be there.
The lighting is quite dark in the kitchen.
It seems suitable for the price that we paid.
We bought a weekly transport pass at the tourist information as we couldn't work out the ticket machine at the station. Which meant we could come and go off public transport as much as was necessary.

We stayed at the apartment for a few days and really enjoyed the location. It’s just a 4-minute walk to Garbatella station, which is very close to the Colosseum station. The place is very cozy, and the host is kind and always in touch. I found the apartment to be secure, with two locked doors. It’s conveniently close to markets and pharmacies, with a café just downstairs and a great restaurant next door. The internet and everything else were working perfectly.

Great location. Excellent price. Lots of shops and stores nearby. Nice amenities but not really a 2 bedroom. It would have been nice to know that the second bed was actually just the couch or there was a small roll away bed. Good for small kids.

Could use a fan in the apartment help keep the air flowing and cool it down. Other than that apartment is good place to stay in Rome when you are out visiting the city. Next to the Metro easy to get around. Grocery store, bakery coffee shop, restaurant near by.
