Fabio’s is located on the far side of the Tiber River on the same side as the Vatican. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood with all the shops in close walking distance. The bus route is steps away and we found it easy to get to all the attractions.
The shower was very slippery and we didn’t find a bath mat so we put a hand towel to stand safely.

Everything was ok, Fabio the owner offers a real support for any issue and the property was nice and cozy.
Nothing special to mention, maybe during a specific time in a day is was a food smell in mid bedroom i think was coming from another apartment, but in rest was very nice.

Adequate location with busses nearby which you can use to reach the center of rome.
There wasn't any real inconveniences.
