La conexión en transporte público con el centro de la ciudad (bus y metro súper cerca). El tamaño del alojamiento, era grande y cómodo (colchones y almohadas) excepto una de las camas que era súper blanda. Netflix para los niños TOP. La comunicación con Chiara, rápida y eficiente.
La limpieza, regulera, nos hemos encontrado cosas de huéspedes anteriores. Que no tenga microon das al ir con niñas pequeñas y un bebé, nos ha resultado muy engorroso y que estuviese rota la persiana del salón también. Hay más cosas de mantenimiento que habría que echarle un ojo que son básicas y sumarían muchos puntos.
