Apartamento muy cómodo, cocina completa, muy limpio, perfecto para unos dias en Roma. El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento, un lugar perfecto!

Small but very well equipped apartment . Always great to have a coffee machine .Squeaky clean . Lots of storage . Comfy bed . Shower not small ! Great view from 8 th floor .. ( there is an elevator !) Quiet building , quiet neighbourhood . Definitely not a touristy area . We enjoyed two great restaurants in the street , and a bar ; but there were more that we didnt have time to try . ( all found in info provided by the host ) And a cool piazza at the end of the street with bar , comfy chairs and lots going on ..outdoor salsa class at 9 o'clock at night was fun to watch . Very close to Metro station . Would stay again

We stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is located on the 8th floor of a residential building and consists of two guest rooms. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated. it was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is also excellent, with the nearest metro station just a 2-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. Although we never met the owner in person, he was extremely attentive and regularly checked in by message to make sure we had everything we needed. He also provided access to a very helpful website with detailed information about the property, its facilities, and plenty of useful tips about the local area and the city. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, consisting of a hot drink and a fresh croissant served at a lovely pastry shop just around the corner behind the building. Overall, this is a clean, well-managed place with excellent hospitality, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
